Disgusting. Even fries were nasty. Bathroom was a disaster. Whole restaurant floor was a slick grease mess. They didn?t even... have ketchup?.this is definitely a negative star kinda place. Don?t do it even if you are desperate. Read more
2:45 pm June 30, 2022. Order my meal. Drove to window. Only cash. Why is this Burger King always no cash and Is neglected.
Ironically all burgers were tasty unlikely other reviewers complaining. Yes there was serious management problem to handle... incoming orders. I had to wait for 30 mins from my mobile order to receive. A counter staff looked tired and other free staffsdidn?t help each other. Too bad team work that I would say. Read more
We drove up at 6:53am on Saturday 5/14/22 and sat at the drive thru for about 3 minutes?no one acknowledged we were there. So my... husband drove around the building and parked to go inside to order. He opened the door and went inside only to be told ?oh wedon?t have no food ready yet, we just got here?. Such garbage. If the restaurant is supposed to open at 6am that means employeesshould get there in time to begin serving food by 6am. This place needs new management. Service was slow and the place was not up to standard. Its disappointing and disgusting overall... in this place, I was not the only person to notice either. Who ever owns this business needs to see this and realize what isgoing on. Bathrooms, eating areas and every where else was not clean. Just imagine eating your food in here not pleasant at all.I'm just trying to help make this location a better place by showing these pictures. Your business Is hurting, from the way itis being ran. This is probably the best burger I?ve ever had from any Burger King. It was very fresh and not a smashed mess. The fries were... fresh and the coke was perfect! The drive-thru service was fast and friendly. I give it ????????. Follow up Second visit iordered a whopper and fries. The whopper tasted like it was made hour earlier, the bread was stale. Drive-thru...approx. 8:30pm No sweet tea. No Dr. Pepper. No onion rings. So we ordered alternatives. Received order. Whopper Jr.... was made with sandwich bread and not bun. Would have been nice if they'd have asked if okay b4 assuming. 3 people in vehicle.Out of 1 item each that 2 requested. Apparently out of 2 items 3rd person ordered when all was said and done. Oh! And NO RECEIPTfor CREDIT CARD PURCHASE! They were too lazy to change the paper! But she could take a picture of the screen with my phonecamera.
