Badly managed. Standing in line, i'm the 6th person, they have 6 people working (I can see them) but only one working the... counter. So they have one guy making food and ringing up customers. It wasn't until there were at least 10 or more peoplewaiting before the had someone else come up and help. I got a $12 burrito that was all rice and when unwrapped from tin foil,completely fell apart. The guy making my burrito was rude, asked me a question, which i answered, was more concerned aboutother things that he wasn't listening to me, so i had to repeat myself, this happened more than once. I placed an order online and picked it up in the store with my name on the bag. When I got home someone else's order was in my... bag. I tried to get a resolution but the phone number referred me to the app. The app is automated and does not give an optionfor mistakes like this. I tried to call the store but it goes to voicemail. Used to be ok but has gone downhill. Twice my orders have been missing salad dressing, and the chip portion was abysmal most... recently. I'm talking half the portion they used to give out. Why am I paying so much for chips/salsa when I could more easilyget 10x the amount for the same price at a grocery store? Read more
I?ve never had a worse Chipotle experience than at this location. We ordered 3 bowls online and they got every single order... incorrect, didn?t give us the guac we paid extra for on any of the bowls, forgot the chips and the order wasn?t ready until over15 minutes after the pickup time. The store was not well kept and the employees were rude and lazy. Read more
Honestly this is a place is no joke. Rumor has it the people incharge at this chipotle are the most creative employees in the... entire franchise. They find miraculous ways to screw up orders you didn't think humanly possible. If you want to order what youwant to eat and receive an incomplete order or even and entirely wrong order, Come here. They are open until 10pm every daymessing up anything you want. If you go there 5 times you'll be disappointed 4.9 times. I'll be back next week at some pointwhen everything in my life feels to good to be true, I'll stop by here to remind me what disappointment tastes likes. Read more
Store was messy. Garbage by the napkin area are full! I ordered a kids build your own, and I got a bowl with less food than... kids! Also, diet coke was almost sour from the mountain machine. Read more
I decided to stop at Chipotle to get a bite to eat and when I arrived I parked in the parking lot. I wanted to try their new... plant based chorizo. I ordered online and it was done when I got there. I ordered for my clients as well and nothing was markedso I had to look through all the meals to see which was which and the staff was no help. When I did try the plant based chorizobowl it was pretty good though but the rest of the experience not so much. Read more
The food was excellent as usual. There was no one in line when I walked into the store. I walked up-and-down between the cash... register and the counter and 7 different people were working behind the counter. The only person who acknowledged me a was theguy who was opening the food bags and cooking. 2 people were looking at something on a phone and the rest were doing variousjobs. Finally, the man who was cooking said something to the 2 on the phone and about a minute later the woman came up to serveme and the gentleman who had come in behind me. She never once apologized or acknowledged that she had not seen us and served uspromptly. She handled the food serving and proceeded to slide the bowls down to the register. It was about another minutebefore she called someone to come and ring us up. At this point, I was very frustrated and ready to walk out without even payingfor my food. The cashier asked if there was anything else after I paid and the gentleman behind me asked to talk to the manager.The manager-- manager, apprentice,-- who turned out to be the guy who was looking at stuff on the phone in the 1st place,jokingly says "oh I'm so sorry that happened" and laughed about it. Nothing sincere and no offer of anything to accommodate us?absolutely nothing. These people do not care about their jobs, nor do they care about the people that they are serving? the oneswho pay their wages. I will be calling the manager and giving him the details.
