We order from here all the time never had a problem. We ordered a large cheese pie and an order of fried calamari.. Nothing was... cooked and we live around the block.. When I called the first time the girl said we were busy(not an excuse why it?s notcooked).. Second time I called to talk to the manager he said well he doesn?t understand calamari is complicated. And the pizzahe doesn?t get what I mean by not being finished.. It was complete dough.. He asked me if I wanted another pie I told him no..So he told me next time to remind him he?ll give me a discount and for me to tell them that I want my pie crispy.. sorry ????not feeling good about this and now no one ate ? Chicken parm - Was expecting a real fried breaded chicken breast, not breaded chicken patties. Sauce was eh ? had better jarred... sauce. Bread was cold and soft, not even warmed up. First of all, y'all eat too much pizza. In a class of restaurant I like to call "Weeknight Italian" (before/after shopping, you... want a sit down meal not eat out of a pizza box at home etc.) La Gratella is high on my list. Great traditional entrees andcreative specials from the chefs! Delma is always terrific and they will accommodate special requests. So put down the Grubhubapp, bring a bottle of wine and enjoy great entrees at a great price anytime! Read more

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. I have never had an issue prior to tonight. This is the bottom of a calzone... I ordered. It was completely charred. The top was slightly burnt as well. When I cut into it to take my first bite all I couldtaste was burnt crust. It was inedible. This should never have left the restaurant. I ordered it for delivery. I?m not sure whathappened but I?m not the only person who has received burnt food. Look at the other reviews. Their quality control needs to beadjusted. We ordered food from here. The pizza was completely wrong the Dam thing had French fries and ranch dressing on it. So when I... called to tell them the problem. We where told it's no problem that they where sorry and we would have a credit for the rightpizza next order. Called tonight and we got robbed they took our money and ran.
