Way overrated and overpriced. Waited 20 minutes at the drive through for 2 drinks. Drive through is 12 cars deep all times of... the day. The drive through layout is horrible. If you go inside to order or mobile order it?s complete chaos. No one knowswhat?s going on or how to make a full order. I?ve seen people just walk out. The food is all pre packed frozen and microwaved sowhy is it any better than McDonald?s ? Coffee is way over priced for what it is and not to mention it was luke warm when I gotit and I basically just chugged it before it got colder. I have no idea what the hype is or why people continue to go here. Read more
This particular location has an affliction with brewing anything other than Pike Roast. Try to order one of the other two roasts... that aren't ready and your met with "I'm sorry that's not available", instead of "I'm sorry that particular brew isn't ready,would you mind waiting for a pour over?". So order well in advance and your probably going to have to wait anyway, or it's justgoing to be a mess. My particular order had an inch of grinds in the cup. Read more
Only reason 2 stars are given is because the employees are great. Drive through is awful. Horrible lay out and can really only... fit 4 or so cars and then you?re blocking the intersection for the rest of the plaza with no real direction where to continueline. The location is just very poorly designed. Read more

I visit this Starbucks almost everyday on my way to work. The staff in the morning is super friendly they greet me by name and... know my order without even asking! They go above and beyond especially Jazzy and Quinn they complement my outfits and alwaysfind time to have a little friendly conversation in between the orders. This store is always busy and the staff does a great jobhandling it! Keep up the great work! Read more
This Starbucks is the worst. Every single time I go they are out of stock of the pink drink. I frequent another one up the road... and they never do. Their excuse was there is a stock shortage all over. No, sorry that is untrue as I get it very easily at theother Starbucks. I believe whoever orders the stock for this store is useless! Read more
i never post bad reviews or anything about any place, but i can?t help but know that this place deserves it. i was so excited to... have a starbucks near home but wow, horrible employees and horrible attitudes. the drinks are good but nothing sets the bar likecustomer service and experience and this place has none of that. every time i go, i manage to have a bad experience withemployees. do better please. We ordered via mobile at the wrong location Jazzy was helpful in taking care of us. Thank you! The drive-thru line is a bit of... challenge, when it backs to the parking lot intersection. People don?t know where to queue and they will either block theintersection or cut people waiting in line. Read more
