TGI Fridays, the management, and staff of this establishment should be ashamed of how they conduct business and the items the... serve calling it food. The service is not just subpar it’s non-existent. Waiting hours for food and drinks. Staff notreturning. The food all over the floor. And the attitudes of the staff leave much to be desired. The health department shouldshut this store down if TGI Fridays doesn’t just call it a day and fire the miserable people that work here. The cooks, arefailures. We stopped by this Friday’s on our way home to grab a drink and burger, on a Saturday evening around 530. This place was... empty. And I understand why. NO SERVICE! After waiting for a waiter for over 10 min, we just got up and left. This is one ofseveral times we have been here and there was seriously poor service. Any other Fridays we have been to, has been fine. It’sjust this one. We won’t be back, not ever. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. We stopped coming to this location because it’s gone down hill BIG TIME. We used to have to wait for a table for hours! We... have sat a the bar a couple times within the past year and each time has gotten worse. 6:00pm on a Friday night and the place isempty. Took 5 minutes for a bartender to come out to great us. Beer was skunked and took another 10 minutes for him to come backfor us to tell him the beer wasn’t good. No one at the bar and 1 table in the dining room. Seriously terrible, don't waste your time. Service was awful, so slow and it took over 30 minutes to get the check!!! There was... only maybe 3 other couples in the dining room and 2 servers sooo.. the food was not good and that's all I'll say about that.They're using paper menus now idk when that started. The utensils were dirty. There was no hostess when we walked in and the guywho sat us was a bit unkempt his shirt was untucked and his pants were basically falling down??????????? kinda feels like theplace is getting ready to close down.
