TGI Fridays, the management, and staff of this establishment should be ashamed of how they conduct business and the items the... serve calling it food. The service is not just subpar it’s non-existent. Waiting hours for food and drinks. Staff notreturning. The food all over the floor. And the attitudes of the staff leave much to be desired. The health department shouldshut this store down if TGI Fridays doesn’t just call it a day and fire the miserable people that work here. The cooks, arefailures. We stopped by this Friday’s on our way home to grab a drink and burger, on a Saturday evening around 530. This place was... empty. And I understand why. NO SERVICE! After waiting for a waiter for over 10 min, we just got up and left. This is one ofseveral times we have been here and there was seriously poor service. Any other Fridays we have been to, has been fine. It’sjust this one. We won’t be back, not ever. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Just a thought….. if there is no customersthere on a Saturday night, who is eating the food in their kitchen??? Are they serving old food?? Read more
We stopped coming to this location because it’s gone down hill BIG TIME. We used to have to wait for a table for hours! We... have sat a the bar a couple times within the past year and each time has gotten worse. 6:00pm on a Friday night and the place isempty. Took 5 minutes for a bartender to come out to great us. Beer was skunked and took another 10 minutes for him to come backfor us to tell him the beer wasn’t good. No one at the bar and 1 table in the dining room. It honestly Grosses me out eatinghere considering no one is ever here. The staff are all on their phones and clearly don’t care. Definitely never coming back! Read more
It had been a while since I've been to a Friday's but this one was not good. The new tandoori chicken Frijitas and fried green... beans were the only good things we got. I went with a group of 4 and we ordered the sampler plate, the potstickers were cold inthe middle, the pretzel bread was stale and the potatoes were dry and gave everyone a stomach ache. 2 friends ordered a chickenceasar salad, the chicken was almost burned and dry, the waitered offered a new one and before he even came back my friendscanceled it altogether because the salad itself was also terrible, the croutons were hard and stale. My sister later joined usand liked my tandoori chicken dish so she ordered the same, when it finally arrived it was different than mine. She hadrequested no onions, but they instead put a bunch of red peppers on top with a side of onions, cream, and jalapeños which doesnot go with this dish at all. The rice was not as flavorful. Mine also came sizzling, hers did not. Such inconsistencies. I alsowaited a very long time for my drink (I was almost done eating). It took a long time to even get a waiter to take our order. Itis clear to me that the service and food at this location is subpar and an after thought. I suggest you skip this place, thereare better options around. Read more
We stopped going to this location a long time ago because it went downhill. We stopped there last week to give it a try since... it was our anniversary and we had our first date at a Fridays about 20 years ago. For a Friday night, it was empty. We had towait for drinks and food which was odd since there was no one there. Our food was ice cold. The beer was warm and flat. Thebartenders were sitting at a table hanging out. Stopped here to get lunch. Parked in their parking lot and walked in. There was no one at the door so had to peak my head in to... order take out. The lady finally came out and took the order. I got the beyond burger and fries. It came out in about 20minutes. When I got to the car I ate and it was good. She got all the condiments I asked for also. All in all I had a goodexperience. Seriously terrible, don't waste your time. Service was awful, so slow and it took over 30 minutes to get the check!!! There was... only maybe 3 other couples in the dining room and 2 servers sooo.. the food was not good and that's all I'll say about that.They're using paper menus now idk when that started. The utensils were dirty. There was no hostess when we walked in and the guywho sat us was a bit unkempt his shirt was untucked and his pants were basically falling down??????????? kinda feels like theplace is getting ready to close down.
