I always have to check my order before I leave, and most of the times there is a sandwich missing or they just give you the... bread with the meat without lettuce tomatoes or anything else. Not nice! Read more

Fries are almost always cold sandwiches put together without care. Burgers are never Hot just warm.
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Wendy's. Our salads were fresh, well proportioned. I had the strawberry... summer salad, the fruit was ripe and flavorful. ???? Both my husband & I really enjoyed the freshness of the grilledchicken. The interior of the restaurant was nicely updated and clean! Plenty of seating space--not crowded on top of one anothereither. The bathroom as seemed to be recently renovated and clean! It was overall an excellent experience. Note: No changingspace. One single room for women and one for men. Not multiple stalls. Read more
The customer service here is good the people have been friendly every time I come and they get the food out super fast I love... their breakfast so yummy ! So I went through their drive thru twice. The food was excellent but I never thought it would be so hard to ask for a straw... without given the whole lecture. I work in Customer service and work at the Dunkin across the street. I am aware of the lawthat "plastic straws no longer can be handed out and must be requested", but why must I be told this EVERY SINGLE TIME I comeinto that store. You give me a cup I need a straw for, how else am I supposed to drink it while driving? First time I came, Iasked for a straw at the window and I was told to request it before hand. So the second time, I asked at the radio and still Iwas told to request it and was given a eye roll upon receiving my straw. So I will not be coming over there again so I don'tfeel like a burden to your employees. Read more
