The food was good, not great. The interior needs a refresh in my opinion. Staff were great!
Went in recently last Saturday afternoon. Ordered a beer and Ceasar drink. Couldnt have a ceasar as the lounge is under... construction and the server was not "allowed" to open a new bottle of vodka? Ordered a small pizza and lasagna. My husbandspizza was not cooked, it wasnt even close to what it should of been. It was because "they had to turn their ovens off duringrecent renovations and they still weren't back to where it should be" " it didnt cook in the time they put it in for" Justwow... left the pizza uneaten and she asked if we wanted to take it with us? Husband said no because its half raw anddoughy. She then brought the full bill with nothing done for a pizza that was left We clearly had said it was raw but she said" theyre still trying to work the kinks out after renovations, the ovens not right yet, not sure what theyre doing backthere Wow, just wow Last time for us at this location. Tonight, worst pizza I can ever remember ever having at any Boston Pizza over the years. Ordered a medium Boston Royale with... extra cheese. It was a pizza crust with a salad on top!! No cheese to melt all veggies, meat and shrimp together even thoughasked for extra cheese. Really disappointed and be long time before try Boston Puzza again. Read more

Great service! Food was fresh, which was surprisingly good. It's still a Boston Pizza though, so it's not the best tasting. More... generic kinda bland. But the fresh food makes a difference! Meat balls were good. Pool tables were a lot of fun; takes twoloonies. Overall good night thanks to the service. Read more
The service was good but the menu has gone to the dogs. August 2022. It used to be one of my favorites. I feel sorry for the... franchise owners as they're stuck with the poor quality food.
