Woman working there today at 3:40 was rude to some other customers; asking two kids "you gonna order or what?" In a snarky tone.... But thats not the biggest complaint. I ordered the chicken bites, a blizzard and a combo. She forgot to give me my drink until Isaid something, was very short with me, and I found a bleach blonde hair in my food. It didnt come from me nor my friend, asthey have black hair, and I have dark brown. Thoroughly disgusted by that, and the fact she seemed to ignore most cleaningstandards, as she didnt wash her hands at all between other customers, and us. Read more

DO NOT support this business!! Diane, the manager is incompetent and should not be in a position to work with young staff. She... swears at the young kids she employs, teaches them to go against health standards, and if they question her she fires them. Shehas been seen serving from cups that have fallen on the floor and tells staff not to wash equipment between customers eventhough the DQ training tells them too. She?s understaffed (not surprising) and sits in the back and watches her staff struggletrying to tend to the till as well as make the food by themselves then yells at them that they aren?t fast enough instead ofgiving them a hand. Probably the worst customer service I?ve ever had. I believe I was served by Marry the Manager(older woman with pink hair) I... waited in line to order for 7 minuets, when my order was taken I ordered a mini blizzard. It was served to me right side up (notupside down as required by DQ policy) The people before me were still waiting for a hotdog Marry had forgot to make. She thenmade the hotdog (didn?t wash her hands after handling cash) and offered them a $1 off coupon for their wait. I then said ?Can Ihave one of those??, she replied ?No you can?t ?????, I then said ?in that case, my blizzard wasn?t served upside down, I wouldlike a new one.? Her face was priceless, she replied ?Are you kidding me?! ???? I?m not making you a new one.? I then asked fora refund. She didn?t want to do that either. As I was leaving she said under her breath ?You?d better walk away?, I replied?Excuse me?!? This is completely UNACCEPTABLE behaviour for a manager. Read more

When i asked for a specific blizzard (one not on the menu, granted, but i was really craving it) the manager gave such attitude... and was quite rude and refused to make it stating "there's a reason its not on the menu" and when i pressed to see if it wassimply because she didn't know how to make it (which would be fine i would have ordered something else) she stated "it doesn'tmatter i'm just not going to make it". They won't get my business again I'll take it across town before i go to this locationagain. Not great customer service at all. Read more

They seem to be more expensive than others not sure if DQ has a uniform pricing policy like the other big guys.
