Excellent service tonight. Our son asked for a special request dessert and our server kindly surprised him with it! It made his... night. My best friend and I came for lunch and it was so good. Our waiter (I think it was Austin? Honestly I can't remember the name... haha) was amazing. Just got home from OJs Leduc. Was very bad all around. Had one drink to start and ordered food. Food took long time to come,... well over 30 minutes likely closer to 45 minutes but I didn?t really time it. But It was cold and burgers/steaks dry like they?dbeen sitting. Server never checked to see how food was; never a chance to ask for ketchup for fries. Never asked if we wantedanother drink; I finished my beer and would have liked another but server never returned. Drank my water and then otherpeople?s water by the time I was done my meal. Was well over an hour before the server stopped by to see if we needed anythingafter we had finished our meals. Plus the place is just dirty; floors inside especially. Live in Leduc and used to enjoy thisrestaurant but won?t likely go back. I realize staffing likely an issue so I have sympathy for businesses right now but sorry, I also can?t justify spending $130 for 4 people to end up with poor food and service. Read more
We almost didn?t go in because it was really busy but it was busy for a reason. The waitress was very nice and apologetic for... the wait and offered us dessert on the house for compensation. The food was amazing, you can tell they use fresh, qualityIngredients and allot of stuff seems like it?s made in house. Read more
We almost didn?t come to this location because of some of the bad reviews about the service. I want to say the people leaving... bad reviews will find a reason to be negative no matter where they go or how the service is. We had a patio table cleared for usas soon as we walked through the door even though initially we were told it was full and our server Jada was awesome. Superfriendly and super speedy. She even brought us refills within like two seconds of each other because she watched us basicallychug our waters. Food was awesome and all the girls working from what I observed were excellent with their tables as well. 10/10recommend stopping by this location! Read more
