Dined there earlier this evening, the dining event for my partner and I started fom the moment we sat down and were greeted by... our awesome hostess Tori. She was excellent, took the time too talk to you very efficient, gave great advice on drinks and food,thank you Tori the superb customer service you displayed would make The Canadian Brewhouse proud! The drinks were just like Torisaid delicious, thank you bartender! The food was amazing, our free garlic fingers" was a meal its self, Nachos were great &very tasty, great job chef. This Canadian Brewhouse has the best staff out of all the brewhouses I?ve been too, so much so I?m posting this review. From... the management team to the servers and bartenders. The drinks came fast and cold and with a smile and some conversation. Thefood came out fast and hot and delivered on taste. I would highly recommend coming here for a date night or to catch the game. Poor service , took our order. Then 10 minutes later they come back and say sorry we actually have no nacho chips can we get u... anything else. So there was 4 of us 2 got wings. 1 got beef dip sandwich and myself a ?steak sandwich ? (steak and garlic bread)they bring 1 thing of wings 55 minutes later and the beef dip. Then we waited another 45 minutes because I asked for a well donesteak with 0 pink. So they said that?s why the other half of the order was taking so long. Mind u they still didn?t bring thesecond basket of wings. Finally the rest of the food comes and she asks me to check my steak because she will ? yell at thekitchen staff if there?s any pink?. So I cut it?. At best it was maybe medium well . VERY PINK. And the other wings were driedup and the veggies shrivled up because of how long they sat waiting to be served. I said I don?t want it I?m just going to skipthe food I?m a little frustrated . I said I?d pay for the 1 order of wings and the beef dip and drinks. Didn?t offer me mychange back. And asked if we wanted a box for the left over wings we said sure. Waited 15 minutes the owner came and apologizedand said she would cover our starters or drinks next time but didn?t take my name or number so I?m not sure how they plan tocover the starters next time. Anyways still waiting for our box for the left over wings and the girl literally came back to thepatio and started cleaning other tables. Completely forgot about our box. Last Friday had a great meal and then caught a bus ride to the Garth Brooks concert. We were able to enjoy the whole evening... and not worry about traffic around Commonwealth Stadium. Thank you management and staff for making us and our friends from outof town enjoy the meal and concert. Read more
Just had the best experience at the Brewhouse in Leduc. Our server was very personable and had a great personality. It wasn?t... like she was just our server but she was our friend. It was such good service we even moved to her second section from patio toinside. Our second server Kennedy was also very attentive and quick with her service. Finally!!! Outdoor seating is open. A friend of mine and I went here for lunch . One thing I noticed on the menu is " Montreal... smoked meat". I've seen this item on other menus and it's usually pastrami ( a different process and cut of beef . I asked ourserver if it was pastrami or the real deal. She came back and said it's from Montreal .. so I ordered it It was exactly as Iremember it having grown up in Montreal... Was a great sandwich. Our drinks were delicious and served quickly The server wasgreat and had a great sense of humor The only downside was trying to scan the barcode on my phone . So I had to get amenu. Had my sister's birthday party at this Brewhouse location. The servers were all really friendly but our wings were not served in... equivalent fractions. There was one instance where we were served three wings instead of two, and for us that was just enoughfor us to order another side to go with them. The extra set went a long way and the sticky sweet sauce was delish. The buildingitself looks like a school but it's so open that it does have a balcony where it may have been a lovely spot to hold the partywith an awesome view. Just not for my party. MINT. Read more
