I love Wokbox but not this location. The lone employee was distracted in the back on his mobile device. We had to yell to get... his attention and eventually be served after waiting a few minutes. The bathroom was very filthy with no paper towels etc. Hetried to upsell us on numerous items we did t ask for and then the restaurant has the nerve to ask for a tip on their paymentmachine. I will never order from This place again . Ordered skip , waited an hour and as my driver gets there to get it ? all of a sudden... they cancelled my order and told skip they were out of items. Then when I called to ask why they ordered it , RICK said that hemade it and skip cancelled. Well when I asked if I could still come and get something ( this is 10pm and they close at 11pm) hesaid it would take at least 45 min as they close at 11 and he still had lots of stuff to do before they close. I ordered from the Leduc location 2 meals on April 2nd 2022 at approx 4:30 pm. I ordered the ?build your own chicken fried... rice? and added ginger beef to it. My fiancé ordered chicken pad Thai to go. Both items were prepared poorly. My meal (theginger beef & rice) was completely mush in appearance. It was bland with almost no flavour whatsoever. I ate less than half andthrew it in the garage. I took a photo of how poor it looked if you wish to see. My fiancés chicken pad Thai the noodles werevery soggy and the meal overall was subpar at best. I nearly spent 30$ on the 2 meals and frankly it was horrible consideringthe quality of food I received. I will NOT be going back ever!
