They don't care about their employees, after all the hard work and service they provide to the Foxwoods Casino. I'm very... disappointed how DD handled the recent COVID-19 outbreak, one their employees had COVID and they only closed the store till thenext morning, this is absurd ! Due to the exposure of COVID-19 and the new variant. It is unsafe for me to return to therestaurant. I have already been infected with the virus and it was a hard time getting through. I do have pre existing medicalconditions and due to the recent exposure, I just don't think closing for a night will meet the health standards ! Oh! the ever so delicious hot vanilla chai. Nothing compares. Paired with toasted sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese.... Ahhh..hits the spot. I also like their bacon, egg and cheese on croissant with hot chocolate????I gave a 4 star despite the 5star taste because I usually feel rushed when I order and the staff looks stressed. Prob the one of the best Dunkins Ive been to. Food was above average. The fact they are open 24hrs is wonderful. Esp when you... are hungry and everything else is closed. I came here to get breakfast at 530am. This was the only thing open. Employees werethe happiest Dunkin employees I have met. The only inconvenience is, if you stay at the Fox Tower, it is a bit of a walk, 10 minaverage. Overall 5 star experience. Read more
Never Never buy a coffee from this place. Cold Brew coffee that I ordered was totally wrong and filled with only Ice. I would... never recommend this place ever again to my friends and Never come back again. One of my friend was with me he has a sameproblem his mocha was filled with full of Ice. The woman that works the drive through in the morning is rude and unpleasant. She not only repeatedly got my order wrong, two... days in a row, but she then had a nasty attitude and told me that's what I ordered. When I went in the afternoon to speakwith a manager, who was no where to be found, one of the baristas said, "this morning right?" I asked if she had been workingand she said no. So not only is she rude, incompetent, and nasty to customers; she also bragged about what she did to mycoffee after I asked for my coffee to be made the way I ordered and paid for it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is theafternoon crew is always pleasant no matter how busy they are and the manage to get the orders right. Read more
