The Starbucks closest to the food court has the best employees out of any food establishment in foxwoods. Even if its busy with... a line, they are quick and efficient. I was there today around 5pm, the girl behind the counter took orders at the register andalso made drinks, so there was noone waiting too long. She was smart, polite and thorough. Also the male manager there is alwaysvery pleasant! Maybe I heard the female employees name was Desiree? .. anyway great service! Thank you guys for your hard work,its noticed and very appreciated. Employee service wasn?t good. I was trying to order a matcha frappe and the cashier was speaking very very quietly and i didn?t... know what he was saying or if he got my order or not. I don't know if they label the amount of sweetener on the cup but when iasked for only a half pump, they didnt label it on the cup. By the way I don?t know if the displayed food is real but there wasan insect flying around in the case. Read more
Walked in hoping to get a Caffe Latte with oatmilk, and wanted to redeem my coupon for a free bakery item. Right off the bat,... the girl said they don't accept coupons because they're a privately owned Starbuck's (?? Why does that matter?) And then shesaid that her espresso machine was broken so they couldn't make me a hot coffee drink, and they were out of oatmilk. I was thereat 10:05 AM mind you. I did however managed to walk out of there getting something I didn't expect: an iced chai latte withalmond milk (didn't want it at all, but I had to settle since I wasted 20 minutes sitting in line) and a sour attitude from thegirl at the register. Covid is a serious thing, but come on. Have your stuff together, or don't even open at all. Read more
Food wasn't bad. Getting what was ordered was tough. 1 sandwich. Looked like newer employee getting the sandwich to microwave.... Wrong sandwich, charged for 2, refund, charged for 2 again, gave up...Payed for 2! He had lots of help there....but seems to bethrown out to learn alone. Read more
