This Starbucks is not what I expected. Really disappointed. I would rather go to Pittsfield then stop in here. In a nutshell, it... is cold and unfriendly. The floor looks like cement, there are no comfortable cloth chairs or couches. I don?t think it wasintended for local people, only for those dropping in off the mass pike. The take out window is so high that it isuncomfortable. This was a lot friendlier as a Friendlies than at a Starbucks and I?ve been to dozens around the world and theone where I live is a real disappointment. Meh. How do you ruin a latte? And why are you calling Pikes roast a dark roast? Scone was stale. Pup enjoyed his pup cup.
Following rather unpleasant mouth sores I ventured to Lee's rather new Starbucks for relief. I order a shot in the dark (black... coffee with a shot of expresso) because I like my coffee how I like my women. Strong. It was nearly $8 in change for this and alil' smoothie pouch. Right then and there I thought yeaaa that's gonna cost you a star. Wicked strong coffee no disappointmentin that regard and honestly, it was a great cure for when you have burrito-related mouth sores and want to spend 30 or sominutes eavesdropping on the inner-workings of Starbucks people. Hahaha we all know what their like amiright?! So three stars,might have been more but I am philosophically opposed to the growing commercialization of the once quaint town of LeeMassachusetts. Lotta dogs there too. Would I go back? Idk probably. Will I denounce all other coffee and integrate Starbucks asan inner facet of my beliefs? Probably not. Read more

Great Starbucks! Messed up on my original order, and offered to remake it. Super friendly and very nice interior.
Forced to work out of this Starbucks due to our internet being down, and the staff could not be more pleasant, helpful, and... amazing baristas. Whether it was saving me money by giving me a refill on my tea, or making the world's greatest iced caramelmacchiato, this starbucks is pretty dang great. Read more

This place is kind of new and a welcome addition to the community..... Kind of reminds me of McDonalds...... Literally plastic... food in the display case for demo purposes...... Staff seemed like they were listening to their own music on their headsets.....Otherwise unresponsive trying to speaking to them. Read more
