Late night drive-through. Extremely slow. Took almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers, a drink...As always at Wendy's, the food comes... out hot and yummy but the wait times are ridiculous and the errors made, the missing bag items ( not last night but overall, Ieat that food alot!) Are almost always present. The staff has no issue ever fixing errors but it would be great if they tookjust a moment to double check bag contents so we the buyers don't have to wait in line a second time to have their errorscorrected. Overall, Wendy's has the best food and almost the best service of all the fast food chains. I just dislike thewaiting and the errors. Read more
We have always had good experiences until recently. The last few times we didn't get the correct order or it was simply... missing. The most recent trip, we ordered 2 sandwiches and realized we received one after we drove 20min in the otherdirection. We went back, went inside to explain. The young lady at the counter did all she could do to avoid eye contact. I canaccept that if she was moving around or taking/completing orders. She stood at the counter, refusing to acknowledge me. I'ahem'd' then 'excuse me'd' then finally said 'hello?' several times, while she ignored me. When I increased my volume on mylast "hello" she glared and say "WHAT?? I'm very busy..!" I told her she just waited on me in drive-up (albeit 20+min ago) andthat I ordered 2 sandwiches and got one. I suggested if my sandwich is simply sitting there, I would be happy to have it if shewould look. She responded with "you need to talk to..." I didn't not catch the name and she reverted back to ignoring me. Iwait a few more minutes, then said a bit more loudly although still not shouting, "would it be easier if I went back thru drivethru?". At this point the gentleman who was manning the register asked if he could help me. I re-explained I ordered and paidfor a sandwich that was not in the bag. He yelled back and had it re-made. From start to finish with the gentleman, I got mysandwich in under 2min. The entire process for a sandwich, took 45min. We prob won't go out of our way to go here, while thatsnarky young lady works there. There are other eatery options, right on the same road. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. Every time my wife or i go there we are always missing food thats ordered. One thing i cant stand... more than highly over priced food, is when you pay and dont get everything.... Putting a name on a piece of paper for a freeitem, isnt anything in comparison to the amount of money lost from the repeated missing items. Absolutely horrible service Read more
The crew here is friendly and expedient (spent 40 min in the drive-thru at the Epping Wendy's Wednesday 6-16), and have a high... accuracy rate in my experience with this location. The food is fresh and hot. It's a longer drive for me to Lee, but severalbad experiences with the Epping location makes the drive worth it. Read more
They do their best for how busy it usually is. Very friendly people and good service. The food isn't always the best, it can be... cold or wrong sometimes, but I understand working in the food industry before, there will be mistakes, but they will run outwith the fixed free order with a smile. Just left about 15 minutes ago . Honestly I have gone here 3 times every single time I order a spicey chicken American cheese... with ketchup and I constantly get handed this which isn't even close. The worst part is I don't realise it until.ive driven homeand I'm.not about to drive back for a 7 dollar sandwich . Horrible service and lack of comprehension. Update decided to comeback because I was really hungry and it was the only thing around. Surprise surprise I waitied 20 minutes in line and both myand my girlfriend's orders were not even remotely close . It's legit a chicken sandwich with two ingredients it's so simple . Read more
