Had a goofy order, had to wait 10 min. To get it, had to go back, no sauces. But it was promptly fixed.
4th of July lunchtime I appreciated Arbys being open, but the 2 ladies up front were MISERABLE, even though we were very nice &... cordial & patient with them. There is no call for that, being courteous to your customers should be job 1. AND they got my orderwrong. If u read other reviews here lately, it seems like this is a common issue. Terrible! Ordered a classic roast beef and a fry. Lady rings up sandwich, fry and a drink. Tell her I don't want a drink. Wait 5... minutes for someone to cancel the order, Tell her again classic roast beef and a medium fry. She rings up just the sandwich,tell her no, I want a medium fry as well, wait again for some one to cancel the order, tell her again I would like a classicroast beef and a medium fry, she rings up just a medium fry, I tell her you forgot the sandwich this time, she tells me no Ididn't I cancelled it, you said you just wanted a fry. The best salted caramel chocolate chip cookies on the planet. Always warm, soft, and a bit gooey. Delicious! I also love their... jamocha shakes! Yum! The original gyro is great, and in my opinion, tastes like one you might get at a carnival or countyfair. The drive-thru is annoying, because once you've received your order, you have to drive around the lot again to leave. Read more
I love Arby's. However, the one in Leechburg has repeatedly been a disappointment. Recently I ordered the Loaded Italian... Sandwich there, and as you can see from the picture. Almost a quarter of the bun had no meat and little toppings. Read more
Not bad place. Lots of food to choose from
