I tried this location because the Sarver one unfortunately closed recently. The food was good and ready on time, but 2 side... sauces that cost $4.00 were found to be missing from the order when we got home. I normally wouldn?t care about something sominor, but when such a premium price is paid for tiny cups of sauce, it is annoying. Read more
I don't get all the hype. Hoagie buns were good, but for the price the meat and lettuce were lacking. ordered two hoagies each... one had 3 little leaves of lettuce. Subway has a much better hoagie for the price. The fries tasted like they were cooked in oldgrease, I am willing to bet they don't clean the fryers as often as they should. Read more
The owner of this franchise needs to reconsider their staffing choices. Not one bit of responsibility. Not one bit of care. Not... a single concept of time. Good news is that they'll still charge you full price for dreadful service, so at least we know theyhave the audacity. ???? It does not change the fact that wewaited 2 hours when we were told 15 minutes, and no effort was made to rectify the situation.
