I tried this location because the Sarver one unfortunately closed recently. The food was good and ready on time, but 2 side... sauces that cost $4.00 were found to be missing from the order when we got home. I normally wouldn?t care about something sominor, but when such a premium price is paid for tiny cups of sauce, it is annoying. Read more

I don't get all the hype. Hoagie buns were good, but for the price the meat and lettuce were lacking. ordered two hoagies each... one had 3 little leaves of lettuce. Subway has a much better hoagie for the price. The fries tasted like they were cooked in oldgrease, I am willing to bet they don't clean the fryers as often as they should. Read more

The owner of this franchise needs to reconsider their staffing choices. Not one bit of responsibility. Not one bit of care. Not... a single concept of time. Good news is that they'll still charge you full price for dreadful service, so at least we know theyhave the audacity. ???? It does not change the fact that wewaited 2 hours when we were told 15 minutes, and no effort was made to rectify the situation. Was told 25 min, when I got there they hadn't even started making my food yet. Waited another 25 for food to be ready. The young... man that delivers the food was very nice though and extremely apologetic. The food we ordered for the most part was right exceptthe fries. I ordered the bacon,ranch,cheese fries. I said repeatedly to please put nacho cheese not mozzarella. I got home therewas a ton of mozzarella, no ranch and maybe a couple pieces of bacon and cold fries. Ended up just pitching them. Went here on a Saturday early afternoon, service was quick and food was great. Some of the best wings I've had, fresh right out... of the fryer. I got the Uncle Nick's wing sauce, was a smokey honey barbecue and it was delicious. Fries were the same way. Willbe back to try more of their many (many) wing flavors. Read more
