I haven't bought Subway because it honestly was average. I went today and was pleased everything was fresh and delicious. The... shop was spotless and the sandwich maker was topnotch. She did a wonderful job, also she was polite and appreciated being tipped( why don't people tip anymore) are we losing our manors? My Dad always said if you are unable to tip don't eat out. Read more

I found a long piece of hair in my foot long. I didn?t even take four bites out of the hoagie. It took me calling FOUR times to... get ahold of anyone. Came at lunchtime. Girls were chit-chatty with each other instead of giving the customers their full attention. Also, employees... should not have their cell phones on them. That should be on their break times only. The only cookies available (and this islunchtime mind you) was some oatmeal raisin and one half-raw looking white chocolate raspberry. Cookie case should be full forbusy times. Not even the smell of any being baked. Disappointing. I'll stick to the one in Lower Burrell. They even have minicookies. Read more
The worker here was not wearing a mask. While I understand we are now green, this is a simple precaution that should still be... maintained to ensure customer safety. I recently made a purchase of three subs on the Subway App. I picked my food up from the store and returned home to eat. My wife... opened her sandwich and none of the toppings were correct. At this time neither of us thought much about it until I opened mysandwich. I ordered a turkey sub. All I received was bread and vegetables. They didn?t put any of the condiments or meat on it.This after I paid extra for bacon on the sub as well. I called into the store which was met with an apologetic employee. Theemployee told me that I could come in to get another sandwich for free. I explained that I did not live close and was alsotrying to limit the amount of time spent out in public. The employee said she would post a note with my name, phone and orderfor the manager so that the next time I came in I would receive a free sub. Today I called in and the manager refused to give mea free sub. The manager said I had no proof and a letter was never left for her by the employee. I provided the date and time ofpurchase as I still had the receipt in my email. The manager said she would be unable to look up who had worked that day.
