Came in when one other person was in here and it still took 45 minutes to get my food. I?m no genius but I could definitely make... a burrito and quesadilla that most likely tastes better and it wouldn?t take this long. I?ve used the mobile order twice and it takes typically more than 20 minutes to fill an order for 1 person. One manager running... the drive thru, the people making the food seemed throughly confused. Much quicker options across the street. Read more
This place won't from decently ok when it first opened to straight garbage. Constantly getting orders wrong, you go inside and... try to order you stand there for 5 minutes if not longer before getting waited on. Then are told to just order through thescreen they have. It's usually pretty good. Just stopped to buy some beefy melt burritos with cold hard cash. They were out of beef, and only... accepted cards. Now I'm in line at Wendy's lol. I also had a similar experience to others on here where I went to order insideand had to wait at the counter for a pretty long time before anyone acknowledged my existence. Meh. Read more
Walked in to dine inside. Three employees were visible. One kept looking at me. Approximately 4-6 minutes. None of them... acknowledged I was even standing there waiting. Completely disrespectful. I left without ordering. I was the only person in theentire dining area. There was one or two cars in the dive through . Any other fast food place you go they at least acknowledgeyou?re there and say I?ll be with you in a second.. the kid didn?t care in anyway that I was there. I don?t know if he felt Ididn?t deserve any respect or the managers in properly train them. To say hold on or I?ll be with you in a second takes almost0 effort but I guess it was too much today. It's a new Taco Bell, so some issues are excusable. Every time is very different. Sometimes the quality is okay (it's taco bell)... and sometimes I can't eat the tacos I'm served as they have glued themselves to the wrapper. One time a taco wasn't wrapped atall and spilled out into the bag. Wait times can vary. I waited around 6 minutes for my order of three tacos in the drive-thruwindow and the taco quality was very poor. I hope this location improves as it's a great idea for the community. we decided to come inside because the drive thru was seven cars long. we waited around for 10 minutes before deciding to to... order ourselves on the screens. it took about 7 minutes before i had to ask for cups, for the second time. (i asked when weplaced the order & a man looked at me & ignored me) we waited another 25 minutes for our food. which is outrageous for the threetacos i purchased. business is so slow. the place is so dirty! every table is dirty & there is trash on the floor by the trashcans. & lastly, the workers have a very rude attitude.
