This place is amazing and the employees are incredible!!!!!! I can count on maybe one hand of a business where you walk in and... they are ALL smiling no matter what ! Even when they are slammed busy they still make your drink taste great and make you feelimportant!!! If you enjoy stale, rock hard, donuts and coffee that looks like it had been drank from and not even hot, waste your money here.... This picture is how they gave me my mocha. I don?t trust them to go make them fix it. Also, we ordered from the app one timeand they didn?t have the items. They insisted they can?t refund us because it was an app purchase. Found out through the app thestore does have to refund us not the app. They wouldn?t do it. The management is absolutely the worst and most employees havethe rudest attitudes. And if you come in as a doordasher, be ready to be talked to like you are lower than dirt simply forpicking up an order. I hope Moody gains a good coffee shop that?s open the same hours, with better employees, and coffee.Daylight Donuts put Dunkin?s out in Pell City. Maybe they need to open one here. Read more
Been there about 4 times and only one time did they have enough sonuat. They always are out of donuts. Today at 3pm I went in... and was told the second I opened the door "that's all the donuts we have they went quick today". Saturday, at a donut shop,and has maybe 6doz donuts and only plain. Went in today.. two younger boys working. Very rude. We were told they were out of donuts! We ordered a drink, by the time we... got our drink, another employee was bringing out a tray of donuts... we got those donuts only to get home and them be hard! Allwhile the employees joke about how now, they don't have donuts to take home when their shift is over! Read more
I don?t get all these bad reviews! We?ve always had great service and good food. Donuts are fantastic and fresh. In my... experience the staff always go above and beyond. Whoever worked drive thru on July 23 at 4:30pm should be fired. Customer in front of us ordered one donut. Pulled up and was... told one moment. 5 minutes later we said hello? And we're told it's going to be another 5 minutes just to order. When we askedwhy, another person jumped along on drive thru and screamed at us that they were busy. We said this is ridiculous and were toldto leave then. Amazing. Only open a few months and already have managed to have the worst customer service in Moody. Read more
First of all sign was up on the drive thru saying Dunkin was closed because they only had 2 workers. Went to the window because... I had an online order. They said they couldn?t make my sandwich because it wasn?t made yet and they didn?t have time to makeit.. I didn?t get a refund. They said I would have to go through the app to get it.
