Very disappointed. Should have been credited for my order after the delivery driver stood my pizza's up vertically to taje them... out if the bag. He ruined the pizza and i had to go pick up the remakes. The manager said he couldn't credit me but gave ne 2free 2 liters if soda. Should have credited my 50 dollar meal. That driver was barred because if what he did. It was a door dashdriver. Read more

Hands down best pizza place around...the food is always good and always done right. Chik fi la makes their employees be nice and... say my pleasure...the people at this Papa Johns are genuinely nice people, always a pleasure dealing with them...keep up thegood work!!! Read more

Well, I wish I had read the reviews before I made my delivery order. This particular location seems to have a common... theme... I'll bullet point our interaction: -we order 2 pizzas and pay for a bunch of extra sauces/cheeses -order is deliveredand missing all the extra sauces -Driver calls manager, Anthony and Anthony basically doesn't care and is unapologetic about themistake -I call Anthony, he's lacking professionalism and I'm appalled that he manages a restaurant and employees -I return theorder completely and he Says he'll have the District manager call me -I also contact corporate...still waiting to hear fromanyone else Bottom line...don't order from this location... Is it unrealistic to order pizza, pay, and then be able to pick it up at a time mutually agreed upon?Placed an order for pickup... at 6:30. Showed up to pick it up only to be told it hadn?t been made, didn?t know when it was going to be made, and treating melike I?m supposed to be jolly about not getting my food and the fact no one bothered to let me know it wouldn?t be ready ontime. BUYER BEWARE!! Extremely stressful, very frustrating and disappointing experience! I am traveling back home to Texas from South... Carolina with my two young children. We stopped for the night at a hotel in the area. After driving all day, unloading the kidsand all the luggage (by myself), getting everyone cleaned up and settled, etc, I decided to order pizza for dinner because Ididn?t feel like going back out. The estimated delivery time of 42 - 52 minutes ended up being pretty accurate, so that wasn?tan issue. The young lady who delivered the pizzas was very friendly. I specifically asked her if the extra garlic and cheesesauces that I ordered / paid for were in there and she told me yes. Come to find out a few minutes later, they were not. By thetime I realized the sauces weren?t in the boxes, she was already pulling out of the hotel parking lot. The cheese sticks lookedok, as well as my kids? pizza (half cheese / half pepperoni), even though the cut for the pizza was pretty uneven (a few reallysmall slices and then a few really big slices). I went ahead and gave my kids their food before I even looked at my pizza. Theywere very hungry and ready to eat (especially after waiting right at an hour for the delivery). While serving my kids, Iattempted to call the store in the hope of catching the delivery driver, having her return with the sauces that I paid for.Little did I know, there was NO CHANCE of that happening! You might as well forget about calling this location because it?s alost cause! After being on hold for a minute, someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. I called back a second time.After listening to the recording for several minutes, a girl picked up and quickly said ?please hold?, and I proceeded to be onhold for over 5 minutes. Since they can?t keep employees long enough, I had to order through Door Dash to get a delivery. The initial delivery time was... 7:02 which was an hour. The time kept pushing back so I called the store and the girl who answered said there was 12 peopleahead of me and the initial delivery time was 7:25. When I said that wasn?t true and she was lying, she started arguing with me,talked over me, wouldn?t let me speak and then hung up on me. No wonder that store will be shut down too!! The only way you?llever get a hot pizza within an hour is if you pick it up yourself. If you?re a struggling restaurant, you definitely don?t needbad attitude brats working there who hang up on you because they?re too childish and lazy to address the situation. Don?t wasteyour time ordering from this location! Oh yeah, didn?t even get the pizza. Called Door dash at 7:20 and they were like, ?yes Isee your order is late.?
