Got in line before 7pm. Was in line for 40 minutes. They would take 2 orders and fill them before they would take more orders.... It was awful. They do not give you a receipt either. Traffic was backed out to the street. Customers were driving off. TacoBell could do better than this. Corporate - go to Taco Bell a few minutes before 7 and see what happens. They need to explain to their associates that the customer has the right to say no thank you to their donation request. This is... the second time they have rounded my total up. The first time was on my debit card she said she couldn't fix it. This time I gave her cash. When she handed my drink then my food...then I asked for my change...she said she didn't owe me any...Iexplained that I had not requested to round up for their donation. She also didn't give me a receipt. Both times it's been thesame girl She had some kind ribbon wrapped around her tonight. Order was completely wrong and hardshell tacos were soggy. Tried to call three times to get a refund, but they didn't answer the... phone. Spent $25 and ate $5 worth of food. Read more
Wish i could rate no stars. The rude employee or manager didnt even let me or my wife through the door but let somebody else in... (which im assuming was for an interview) i couldnt hear her and she yelled at me and my wife to go through the drive thru (wenormally do but everytime we do during the night shift they get it wrong) save your money go somewhere else Read more
The young man at the the front counter at the Taco Bell in Moody about 5:00 p.m. today, August 16, was a cut above the usual... employee. The inside was so cold you could hang a side of beef. When we asked for a spoon the girl that brought the food up the the... counter went to the back to get a spoon and threw a fork on the counter at my wife. There is nothing like good customer serviceor at least courtesy. Read more
We ordered through DoorDash. We had four items missing. We called Taco Bell and the person I spoke to was very rude. DoorDash... tried to remedy the problem and Taco Bell refused to fill the order/comply and I got a full refund. I?m thankful for that.However, no one deserves to be treated like that. To top it off, there was a hair in our fries! Pretty sure hairnets arestandard. The bag was sealed, so I know it wasn?t DoorDash. Do better! I will be following up with corporate.
