I asked for no mayo and it was obviously just wiped from my sandwich. You would have thought that it was easy to make sure that... the whole sandwich was clear of mayonnaise by making the sandwich fresh and delicious. But even though they were not busy thisgrill people would rather make it the way it was originally ordered so maybe I could have a meal with no allergic reaction or areason to sue them ???? Read more
Hi, In the past I've been very happy with the What-A-Burger location in Leeds AL, I usually try to stop on my way from Atlanta,... GA to Philadelphia MS. I stopped in and went into the dining room to eat, they were not busy and they had at least 8 teammembers working mostly in the kitchen area. I placed my order went to the restroom restroom. It was disgusting wet filthy andthe paper towel dispenser wasn't working. Finding a table I noticed that every table in the restaurant was filthy. I did receivemy order from a nice young lady that brought it to my table. I finished my meal took my tray and trash to a trash can which wasoverflowing. I went to the counter where there was a large group of employees in the kitchen and behind the counter. I askedwho's in charge? A lady came up to me said I am. I said "I really had a great burger and fries and the young lady that broughtit to me was very nice. However every surface in your dining room is filthy and needs to be wiped down, the bathroom isdisgusting and the paper towel dispenser isn't working... your garbage cans are overflowing." And the only response I got was"I appreciate your feedback" and she turned around and walked off. This What-A-Burger should take the lesson from the locationin Tuscaloosa, it is clean, friendly and has no backhanded attitude. Read more
This was my first time eating anything at Whataburger. I ordered the regular cheeseburger. I have heard so many people say that... it is the best burger ever. My opinion is different. I did not like it. I didn?t even finish half of it. I have no complaints ofthe service or prices. I just didn?t like the burger. I have had better tasting burgers elsewhere. Even though there are tworestaurants being built right now close to where I live, I have no plans to rush there. I am not saying that I will not try themagain and try something different, but I can only rate based on what I ordered. Read more
Pretty good food. I'll be honest. We came at a time that the lobby was empty but the tables were all very dirty. It makes me sad... for the staff because I know they need help. Friendly people though. Only 3 stars because of us dining in. I'm sure if we onlywent through the drive thru and didn't see lobby or restrooms it would have gotten 5 stars! And to be fair, we enjoyed our foodfor about 30 minutes and as we were leaving a nice boy came to tidy up. If ALL customers had common decency like us the lobbywouldn't have been trashed. Read more
I stopped by here ok my way back home. I decided to dine in to eat to get a bit of a break from driving. It wasn't crowded when... I was dining in. Go up to the counter, place your food order in, take a seat with the number given to you, and they will bringit out to you. The burger was decent, nothing too fancy. I'd stay up to par with other locations that I could remember. Therestroom was pretty clean as well. Read more
Still hands down the best burger chain in the country. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the burger was so... hot I actually couldn't even eat it at first. The fries were fresh albeit just a tad too salty, and the cinnamon roll I hadafterwards was great. The location in Nashville needs to hurry up I want this goodness in my state. Read more
Sunday July 25, 2021 between 1-2pm. Trash cans full inside and out. Interior of restaurant was a wreck. Tables and floors needed... cleaning and had to clean my own table. When ordering employee did not know what came on a certain sandwich & did not go ask. Myorder (out of 4 combo meals) came out wrong TWICE. I counted 8 employees & a manager?terrible experience. I won?t be back. Thereare better choices around to spend $30 for lunch. Read more
