Worst cust serv ever from a BR! 5 working, only 1 waiting, 2 cust. A man, possibly mgr, stood in front of me. Asked him to... wait on me and was completely ignored. 2nd young girl said no as she was the decorator. Asked permission from an older womanif she could help me. And did. THANK GOD for new ownership! I have stayed FAR away from this place because of a terrible experience I had last year (which was... such a bummer because I live not too far from this location). I was told by a friend that it's under new management now and togive it another chance. I actually got the opportunity to meet the new owners and they are SO kind! Obviously, word had gottenout because it was busy, but still an efficient experience. The store was CLEAN! My order was CORRECT! A complete turnaroundfrom what it was before.
