I put in an order for boneless wings at 6:00 and was told it would be ready at 6:30 by the website. I got there at 6:30 and was... told they were backed up. They weren't seating anyone in the main dining area, only the bar area. At one point I walked to thebar area and counted roughly 20 customers. I waited an additional 40 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. Forboneless wings, not a complicated order, in a nearly empty restaurant. It should not take over an hour to make boneless wingswith very few people in the restaurant. I've never seen a chain restaurant this incompetently ran. Read more
Our server last night was truly trying his hardest running all over trying to get to each table, but this was an awful time.... First we waited forever to even get recognized, then we finally get to order, the server was knowledgeable and attentive whenordering, but the food.... First one order of wings came out that went to my youngest child, then as she's about done myhusband's wings came out, then as he's done and finishing hers my nachos came out, then finally as I'm finishing mine my otherdaughters good came out. Thankfully the server recognized the horrible delay and tried to make things right, but the kitchen wasnot on their game tonight. We ended up spending almost 2 hours there because our food didn't come out together and we waitedforever for everything. Read more
Went to this restaurant yesterday and walked straight out. We went to get a seat in the bar area and there were no fewer than 5... tables that had piles of bones on them with no attempt to bus the tables. Three employees were hanging around up front doingnothing. There was also a terrible odor. It was disgusting. We are regulars in this place and recent visits have just beendisappointing. We saw our regular bartender coming into work as we were leaving and we felt so bad for her having to come intothat terrible mess. I'm sure no one else was going to address the cleanliness issues unless Angela did it herself. Anotherrecent thing happening here is that they will not fill your beer glass all the way to the top. My dad said The beer is amazing and the waiters are sooo nice and they let you have all flats on you wings just amazing the... waiters are really slow but it?s still so good and the appetizers come fast and the new Mountain Dew legend is decent and thecheese curds are good just you don?t get much the tv are nice to Watch when your waiting for your food the wings look amazing Read more

Completely empty yet 40 minute wait. Order online cheesecake and chocolate cake and stated 1 hour wait. Sent my kiddos to get... because that couldn?t be possibly right for something premade. Ordered some BOGO boneless wings tonight to go and had a great experience. At the 30 minute mark (they did say it would be 30... minutes) I asked Max if my order was ready. He went to check on it. I said normally it?s ready in less time than you guysquote. He was nice enough to say ?I?m sorry..would you like a drink while you wait?? That was so thoughtful of him to ask methat. What a nice employee, he did a great job at customer service. Also our order was perfect as always and the chicken isdelicious!! We always have a good experience at this location. Thank you. I get it this place is short staffed. But the way me and my family were treated here was pretty appalling. We ordered chips and... salsa and it took nearly a hour to get a small little tray of tortilla chips and a small cup of salsa. And then another 30minutes on top of that to get our food. The waitress never popped over to see how our table was doing and the 2 times she didshe kept messing up our drinks. And to top it of she seemed more interested in talking to her friends at the table next to us.Get it together BWW either shut down the dine in portion of this place or turn off online ordering if you?re that backed up.
