Worst pizza. I didn't order it but my mother did. Ordered at 8pm and was told it would be done at 10:30pm. Didn't want to wait... for them to hand make it so wanted to cancel but employees said we couldn't cancel and we couldn't just take it to go. Finallygot the pizzas arrive around 10:30pm and it was stale and gross. I will never order this place especially from Lee's summit. Read more

Worst Casey's I've every bought a pizza from. Terrible pizza & customer service!! I ordered 2 pizzas and they both came out... very sloppy and gross. When I asked them to fix the issue they just wanted to recut one pizza and remake the other. When theyremade the other one it was even worse than the first one they made Please stop buying from this place. They are a waste of yourtime and money!! Read more
I can't explain in a short review how terrible this location is. Tonight we ordered pizza and one pizza had typical black crusty... flakes on it. These black flakes however tasted like the most rank chemicals I have ever tasted on a pizza. The breakfast pizzawe ordered tasted like soap and chemicals. We took it back to the store and there wasn't one employee in the store who couldrefund our purchase because they didn't have "clearance" What?! This was after the pizza being 45 min late because they ran outof dough. A pizza store ran out of dough. This isn't the first bad experience here. More like the 5th in a row. They had toclose early for weeks because they "couldn't find" workers. Love Casey's been going there for years. This particular location isabsolutely trash. REAL TALK. Not exaggerating at all. Picked up a bbq pizza after work today to take home. We live in another town. It was somewhat dry and the extra sauce we asked... for had soaked in making it not quite how we like it. I called the store, and spoke with assistant manager Robin. She made thepizza. She was a dream to speak with, very accommodating and pledged to make it right. This is a rare experience nowadays, andvery appreciated. Thank you Robin for being a stand up person. Casey's - give this girl a raise. ???? Read more
Soooooo I ordered a pizza last night at 10:10pm pick up was at 10:38pm i just grabbed my pizza and wings and went to my car. As... I?m driving home it was dark and I decided i was going to eat a slice on the way home. Well once I got home my husband openedthe pizza and was really confused to see it like this. All the slices still stuck together with cheese none of the crust edgesare touching no pepperoni from one slice lining up with another. Also some slices are LITERALLY LAYING ON TOP of others someslices aren?t even touching other slices. You can tell the crust of some slices are from a completely different pizza. Not onlyis this disrespectful and disgusting it didn?t seem to be an issue to Casey?s manager. Read more
You would think with all the bad reviews that the world l would do a better job. That shows me. They straight up don't care. ... Pizza is absolutely disgusting. Not cooked properly. No flavor. Overpriced. I won't even return to a Casey's after this nastystuff. No thanks Read more
