Service was good, so I want to give props to the service staff because I don?t think they?re the issue here. The salsa and the... honey mustard were oddly watered down. I think this is probably caused by either a manager trying to save on food costs orcorporate changing the recipe to save on food costs. I used to love the salsa at Chili?s, but now it?s like V8 mixed withTabasco. My husband got a burger that was so over cooked it was crispy and dry, and there were only a handful of fries on hisplate. Half the lights were out on the building and I the parking lot. Overall it was a disappointing visit. If this is the waythe Chili?s corporate is guiding their restaurants, they will be the 2020s version of Applebee?s. If this was a managerialdecision, it?s time to clear house. Read more

I've been here a couple of times and I haven't had any complaints. Staff is nice and food is always as expected in terms of both... time and quality. It's not a big deal for me, but I know it is for others so I need to mention the restrooms. It's not reallythat it (men's room) was dirty, because it didn't seem to be. It just isn't really, "visually appealing." I've posted pics ofthese for you to decide if it's something you care about or not. I will say there was no hand soap in the men's restroom. Stopped in the Lee's Summit Chili's to use up a gift card from a pre-covid gift as we were in the area. This restaurant is... nicer inside that the Independence location and the service is night and day different, in a good way. We were seated rightaway and they were staffed to use the whole restaurant not, just one small section. Our server, who never introduced herselfdid a good job, she was prompt and friendly. Our meal arrived quick and looked fantastic. They have long done away with myfavorite so I decided to try the crispy chicken tenders and swapped the fries for mashed potatoes. Their corn is always juicyand tasty, potatoes hot and flavorful (although for some reason when I order 'no bacon' I always get bacon (don't eat pork) andhave to pick all of it off. now the chicken 'tenders' or 'fingers' or what ever they are were horrible. Super dry and a lot ofbreading. One tender was worthless, nothing but breading. Had to douse them in BBQ to get them down and then it was difficultso I left them. I?m usually the type of person who only leaves reviews when they?re positive, but I feel it?s important for the management to be... aware. We recently moved here to Lee?s Summit. We were huge fans of of Chili?s where we used to live and we were excited that wewere moving somewhere with a Chili?s. Our experience here was very disappointing. The waitress wasn?t rude or anything, but wastotally in la-la land the whole time. My order was brought out very wrong, and when they did bring out the correct sides(broccoli and fries), the broccoli was practically raw, it was brown, and excessively dry. Completely cold. I was shocked. I?musually a huge fan of Chili?s broccoli where we used to go before moving here. The fries were also cold and very dry. I wentahead and ordered dessert, the cookie with ice cream. I ordered it to-go. I wanted to check if it was warm and gooey, so Ipicked it up and it cracked/crumbled in half. It was cold and dry. Nothing like I was expecting based on past experiences atother Chili?s. My husband enjoyed his Big Mouth Bites, though his fries were cold and dry. My steak was pretty good, although itwas cooked very well done even after I asked for some pink. When business are swamped, I totally feel for them and try to givethem the benefit of the doubt. We are traveling 15 states in 35 days on vacation from California. So having lunch at Chili's was agreat choice and she made lunch very pleasant. Read more

Their baby back ribs and molten lava cake are delicious!! Could definitely improve on checking on their dine-in eaters once in a... while though. I wasn?t asked at all if everything tasted fine and everything was going okay. Still, will definitely come backhere for the good foods! Read more
