Food is always great but not a quick option. They seem to be fairly busy when I visit. It is worth the wait though. Ordering... online was an issue for us as someone took our food. The manager complained it had happened several times already that even. Thepick up area for to go needs to be in a better location. What was supposed to be a quick pick up for us on the way to thehospital was almost 20 minutes just waiting for our food to be remade. Read more

If you order delivery from this location it will be wrong. I have tried multiple times and every time they mess up my order.... This time I got pinto instead of black beans. Instead of white rice I got no rice, and there is so much bean juice in the bowlit leaked out of the bowl into the bag. So even if I want to eat this it?s like a disgusting soup. Just like all the other reviews and my past experiences regarding the portion size when ordering online, the size of burrito was... the size a of a taco (see photo). Not only was the burrito size egregious but they gave me the wrong meat. Then they tried torectify the situation with an underwhelming offer of a buy one get one. Guess I should have looked at reviews before trying this location again. A couple months back ordered door dash from this... location and my wife?s burrito bowl was literally swimming in bean juice. Ordered ahead on the app today and was extremelydisappointed to open the container and see I paid almost $14 for this. It?s like they put in 1/4th a scoop of rice, 1/2 scoop ofsteak, and the guacamole was almost non-existent, however they piled on the sour cream! Wow wonderful food is awesome healthy . Customer service is so wonderful just can't stay away at times. I love Chipotle. I have been to many around this area. But this is the worst I have ever been too. I get that things are getting... expensive, but the portion sizes I got today are ridiculous. The "chips" and guacamole were the kids portion in a large bag. Read more

Continued failure. Half the order Was missing or incorrect. Left out chips when cheese and guacamole was sold as a side with... chips. Tried to call to get it on the record for yet another chance for them to make it right and no answer. The recording said?the were too busy providing excellent service to their customers?. Ha ha ha. Gave up and attempted to eat what was in the bagand two Tostitos into the guacamole we undercover the produce label. Place has yet to get one order right. Read more
