Last week I placed two orders from the app on separate days to be picked up at 2:40pm. Both times I came in around 2:50 to pick... up on the way to work, and neither time was my order started yet. They were 10-15min late; as you can see there is only one ortwo in the store so it?s not like they were busy. Person at the register just said sorry we?re late sometimes. That?sunacceptable. More than enough staff on hand to handle online orders. On top of YOU guys raising pricing what seems like weeklynow, portions are terrible and the service is atrocious. The poor manager tonight at 9 pm (i should have gotten her name) was being berated by rude costumers while i waited. I want to... commend her on her professionalism and ability to stay calm while essentially getting told that her job is not "real" and sheshould be embarrassed by it. Even during all this she still did her best to get me checked out in a timely, friendly manner. Shewent above and beyond even during the verbal assault and i know i couldn't keep my composure like she did. She deservesrecognition. Read more
Employees had poor attitude. Sour cream was completely liquid. Most of the tables were dirty. The drink machine was watery. All... the lemonade drinks are empty. The bathrooms where filthy. Our burritos were spilling everywhere. Good food though. Read more

Okay, so here?s the deal. My daughter is a picky eater and her favorite place to go is Chipotle. She orders a bowl with white... rice, sour cream, and cheese. That?s it. For years, I?ve been going into this place ordering her this specific item that isqualified as a 3 Pointer (Google it) and 75% of the time, the young people working the line want to argue about what it is likethe own the dang chain. They THINK I should pay $9 and call it a veggie bowl. An item that has no veggies on it. And trust me,I?ve tried replicating the rice, sour cream, and cheese to save me the hassle and it?s not the same for her. She loves Chipotle,and I wish did. This is review is to say, please, when I come through with my daughter in tow and ask for rice, sour cream, andcheese, and I kindly say, yeah, it?s a 3 pointer. Just say, okay. And write 3 pointer on the lid. There?s no need to argue withthe customer. Even if you think you?re right, who should always be right? The customer. There?s no need to flip your hair andrun off in a tizzy when I ask to speak with a manager. It?s just that simple, write down 3 pointer and move along. We all justwant to freaking eat and make sure our kids eat. Not pay $9 for a scoop of rice, sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheese.Seriously. It?s not that hard to comprehend. I used to think this was the best Chipotle location in the whole world but it's gone downhill so much unfortunately. I'm ready... to drive 20+ minutes round trip to a different location for a better experience. The quality has just gone down so much and sohas the quantity. Rice has been cold and underdone, chicken quality is lower, and chip bags not even CLOSE to halfway full. Thatand my bowl will have a tiny scoop of rice in it. It's so upsetting because I really used to love this location but it's noteven worth going to anymore. The pic attached is my bag of chips (untouched) when I brought it home today. So disappointed thatit wasn't even a quarter of the way full. Read more
The food is always yummy. However, the last few times I have ordered take out, I have waited 10-30 minutes for my order to be... brought out. There are often one or two other customers waiting for their orders as well. If you need a fast order pick-up, thislocation is not the ideal choice. The staff was unapologetic each time. Read more
