By far my favorite sub place! I love coming here. Food is always great. I recommend the beef and cheddar brisket add tomato.
Sub quality has been poor the last couple times I have went. Bread seemed old and dry, sub wasnt warm enough, hoping it... improves. Still better than Subway. Read more
Been about three times, all of which my food was barely hot. Overall, before my most recent experience, a 3* (edible but far... from my first choice) but today what I received was a completely lukewarm sandwich with an obscene amount of juices or liquidfrom something which turned it into more of a stew than a sandwich ; the bread was soggy, and the sandwich was a complete mess.Would not recommend at all. Out of 5, I'll give a 4. The food (Firehouse Sub, and Club) were very very good. Staff was nice overall. Restaurant itself is... pretty new however, it was pretty dirty. Tables weren't clean, lots of debris on the floor, floor matt wasn't vacuumed and theplace wasn't busy. There were 2 cooks and a cashier. Someone came from the back but considering they were staffed, the placeshould have been A LOT cleaner. And there were lots of flies... This, however, WONT stop me from going back. This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. The food was hot and delicious... and the staff was very friendly. It was my 1st time in a Firehouse Subs, it will be my last. Give me Subway any day for several reasons. 1. Very specifically... asked if the sauce & spices on the Turkey Jerk were hot & spicy. Answer "no, it all creates sweet." That dude needs to eatthat sandwich. It was so spicy it went to the trash. 2. Sanitation - The gal making a meatball sandwich had the bun sittingon the lid of the warmer. Wasn't on anything else till she moved it to foil to run thru the oven. Much prefer Subway where Ican actually see my sandwich being made. Plus, I get way more stuff for the price. 3. Time waiting - awful! 1 or 2 people,at Subway, can move the 5 orders 3 people at Firehouse were making within minutes. I was 10+ minutes. Feel sorry for the DoorDash orders that were picked up. 4. Smell - Is it intentionally made to smell spicy when you walk in the door? Much moreappealing to smell bread baking. Read more
