I ordered curbside, I requested my sandwich be ready 15 mins before I'd actually be there. Called when I got there have been... sitting out here for well over 10 min. Still no food.. walk in there are 5 people standing around. So at the point I have lessthan 15 left to eat my lunch. Guess what.....the sandwich is wrong. Clean and the guy was very patient because I had never been there before. Food was fresh !
I have been to this location twice in the last month or so and neither time did I get the sandwiches I ordered. The first time,... the workers were flipping back and forth between sandwiches so much that they messed one up and, I think I today's visit, I gotsomeone else's sandwich completely. Out of the three ordered today, one was on the wrong bread, one had banana peppers thatweren't ordered (though those can be picked off) and one sandwich was COMPLETELY wrong. I will probably take the time to goacross town to the other one now. I gave them a second chance, but I'm not sure that I will give a third. Read more

Ordered online and came and picked up my sandwich. Sandwich was not made to the order and was blasted with mustard causing the... sandwich to be extremely mushy. Not able to eat, removed the meat, pickles and ate them the rest was inedible had to put in thetrash. Recommend going into store to order moving forward, total disappointment Read more
I saw another review on google about the black guy that works at this location and how he is rude and should find another job, I... completely agree. I went there today with my boyfriend and he first started off by not greeting us when we were up next toorder, he just stared at us. He was constantly saying things under his breath, being very rude, unprofessional, and notportraying good customer service at all. He then said ?you guys are acting like you?ve never been here before? when we weretelling him what kind of bread, and meat we wanted, which was COMPLETELY uncalled for. He was very rude and one of the worstcustomer service experiences I?ve EVER encountered before. I will never be coming back here again! He needs to be fired! I wasvery upset with my experience here, I asked the store owner for the cooperate number to make a complaint to cooperate aboutJohn, he then proceeded to tell me he ?did not have the cooperate number? , which was kind of unprofessional in my opinion. I?mnot a Karen in any way but the way John was treating us as customers was completely unacceptable and he needs to heldaccountable for his actions.
