I ordered ahead an hour before and still had to wait 25 minutes for two drinks and one breakfast sandwich. I checked in at... arrival and people who were still in the long, long line when I arrived started getting their orders before me. While I wasstanding at the pick-up, I heard the person working the espresso bar tell multiple people he knew that he would bump them up tothe front of the line. By the time I asked again, my drinks were sitting on the side behind the counter (no call out of my nameto pick up) and luke warm. My breakfast sandwich still wasn?t ready. This place was NOT understaffed; they were justinefficient with what they had. Which makes it even worse. Never again. UPDATE: The breakfast sandwich and at least onedrink was made incorrectly. This is a nice coffee shop with a corner location so lot of windows and a variety of seating. There is also a see through... fireplace. We had a banana nut muffin and carrot cake and both were very good. Unfortunately the taste of the americano andmocha was bitter. The texture was ok but the taste was off enough that we both tossed them. Maybe it was just a bad day or badbeans. Read more

Always have amazing, friendly service when dining here. The staff is personable and often even remember my name and order. The... atmosphere is always welcoming, although it can get a bit crowded. Great place to study or meet with friends as they provide avariety of both indoor and outdoor seating. I personally enjoy their frozen hot chocolate drink. Read more

The customer service has been going down hill ever since Hannah and Ryan left. But the last time I was at Gusto I was in my last... trimester with my second boy and I had my first son with me, I was first in line, standing there for over 10 minutes with no Hi,What can I get you? or any sort of acknowledge of my existence while Jonathan just kept fiddling with the espresso machine andwiping down the counters. Other people in the line behind me saw me struggling since I was very pregnant at the time and neededto sit down, but I decided it was best just to leave and never come back. I never bothered tipping because it's true that thebaristas don't get the tips from the jar. Read more
