Don't eat here if you want to use a coupon! This is the second time I've tried to use a coupon here and they don't use it they... charge me full price every time! I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy and the coupon was worded so that you could get 2 biscuits andgravy for $1.99 they charged me full price for both! The first time I didn't bother to go inside to get my coupon honored sothis time I go inside and she only gives me the discount for 1 biscuit and gravy ???? and keeps the receipt that I paid for withmy credit card ???? seriously? The guy that was at the window in drive thru who wasnt wearing a uniform wouldn't even look at mewhen I went inside! Rude attitude didn't help either like it was my fault the coupon wasn't honored! Extremely rude and no customer service skills! I waited patiently to place my order and asked very politely how long it would... three different times and was told ?my man, you?re gonna have to wait, we got a big order? lol? great customer service! Has several bad experiences with Hardee's in the past, so had not visited one for two years. However, this location has changed... my attitude towards them. Great fast service, friendly, food was great. They have regained a customer. Read more
