Pulled up to order and told the girl I was missing food yesterday and needed to talk to a manager. She completely ignored me and... said what would you like to order. When I pulled up to the first window to listen to her ignore me again and just take the moneyand close the window. When I pull up to get food the manager handed me our food. I told her please wait while I checked my food.Amazingly it was all there. Pull away and realize we ordered sweet teas. This place is a mess. Even the manager cannot get aorder right. Read more

Placed my order on the app and checked in for curbside at 751 pm. We were just trying to get a quick dinner for me and my boys 2... quarter pounder meals, a 6 piece nugget happy meal, extra fries and an apple pie. At 825, I called the number on the sign by thecheck in and they told me they were getting ready to bring it out. 10 mins later, they still hadn't brought my food, but the carthat came in just after my first call got theirs. I was pretty mad, so I called again at 835. I was upset, but did not cuss orcall names. The lady who answered the phone told me not to get feisty and then hung up the phone. Finally at 845, they broughtsome food, but not all and no drinks. The gentleman who brought our the food apologized and went and got the drinks. I told himI didn't want to wait for another 45 mins for the rest of my food. When I got home our sandwiches were not correct. I havealready contacted corporate. I will be following up with a store manager on Monday because this was not okay and not how thisshould have been handled. I'd rather go further than deal with this location again. Read more

Order placed 23:16 from the taco bell parking lot across the street when I realized they were still open (Google shows 23:00... close-update your Google listing). In line, with 2 cars ahead of me in either lane at 23:18. Shouldn't be too long of a wait,right? Took almost 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Finally handed my food at 23:55. As I suspected the fry was cold. Askedfor a fresh fry knowing the burger probably wouldn't be much better since I watched them try to give my order to the car infront of me, meaning it'd been sitting. They took the cold one and I'm pretty sure just stuck it in another bag cause it wasthe same temperature as the first one. Got home and of course the burger was cold as well. The grill ticket on it said 23:31which aligns with when I got to the speaker and gave them my order number. Probably took 5 minutes to cook max and sat in thebag for 20 minutes. I'll never patronize this location in the future. Complete failure all around. Read more

The drive through LITERALLY took 45 minutes! This is UNACCEPTABLE for drive through. 45 MINUTES! What is happening at this... location? No manager should stay employed here! They ALL need to be fired and the owner need a hit to their bottom line! Read more

Waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to say anything to order. Instead was greeted later with ?you gonna stay there all... night or order?? a greeting would have been nice to know to order but instead all I heard on the mic was laughing. Rude servicebesides the one handing out food. Read more

I came thru the Drive up window to get a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. When i asked if it was spicy THE sandwich was changed from... the deluxe to the spicy. When i got to the pay window and explained to the young man he CHANGED it to the deluxe. He was verypolite and friendly. He asked someone named Stephanie to Please come and help him to make the change. She came over and wouldnot let him even finish his sentence to explain what the order should be. She then turned and walked away. Needles to say myDeluxe chicken sandwich had 2 pickles and a burnt bun. The chicken was cold. What bothered me more is this was not a busy time.I was the only one in line and it was 1 sandwich. I was shocked at the way Stephanie was with the young man. He said Pleasewhen he talked to her. He said Thank you 4 times to her. She was Rude to him and very snotty. If she would just listen withoutinterrupting him i would have come home with the right sandwich. As i hear him say thank you 4 times to her for her help shecould NOT even acknowledge that he was there let ALONE to say your welcome. If Stephanie is a supervisor or some kind ofmanagement she needs some time learn how to treat people. . Some BASIC manners to address the employee. Aside from being rude tothe customer. I cant imagine that is the way that the owners want anyone treated. The young man DID NOT DESERVE HERHATEFULNESS. I HOPE THAT SHE DOES BETTER. Read more

My daughter and I went to this McDonald?s at noon, a busy time. We were so happy to find that the lobby was open and clean. We... were immediately greeted and our order was taken swiftly. Our food was hot and correct. It was a great experience! Well doneteam! Read more

Absolutely the WORST experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. To wait almost an hour for food is ridiculous for fast... food. We would have drove off had we not already paid. I spoke with the McDonald?s employee twice outside asking her about whenour food would be ready and her reply was she would check, but she just delivers the food to vehicles. Once she brought us ourfood and apologized for the wait, we were missing one set of fries. We asked if she would go get it and we waited another 10mins and she never came back out. I finally called. Someone answered the phone and I explained what happened and he said no onetold him we were waiting on food, or that we were missing food. At this point we were extremely frustrated and asked for arefund. He said hold on a second and hung up the phone. We finally got our refund and to our surprise it was for the missingfries and we were expecting a full refund. Our food was semi warm when we got home and the buns were burnt on my chickensandwich. We will not be returning to this McDonalds until staff is properly trained and has better customer service skills.Management is severely lacking here. Read more
