We loved the pizza at Mod when we first tried it!!! Last time, our crust was badly burned on the bottom, making it inedible.... This evening, I?m waiting in line with a bunch of other frustrated customers. We all ordered online and have been waiting over40 minutes for our pizzas. I?m counting 7 employees. 2 are working so hard. The other 5 look lost. Corporate needs to come helpthis location, because it?s actually great pizza. Read more
I love this place. You get to make your own pizza in any size, and what ever toppings you want on top. The people are really... nice and the price for a personal pizza is not bad at all. Would recommend. Read more
I love this concept. Sort of like a subway or you pick your toppings and they make it right in front of you. The pizza came out... excellent for my taste. Nice thin crisp crust, not soggy underneath. We will go back. Read more
What's not to love about great thin crust pizza that you get to build exactly like you want. We've been here several times and... the pizzas always outstanding. As soon as the staff gets more efficient I can go five stars. Read more
I was so excited to go here because they advertise having dairy free cheese. I get through making my pizza without the cheese... (because they supposedly put the dairy free cheese on last) and they make my husbands pizza. At this point I go to sit down withour infant. 10 minutes later my husband comes and sits down saying no one ever had him pay (he was standing at the register). 10minutes later he goes back up to the register because they were checking out the group behind us and he sees my pizza stillsitting on the counter without cheese. The worker said she meant to come tell us that they couldn?t find the dairy free cheese.We say to go ahead and make it without. At this point my husbands pizza was done so he ate. He goes back up to see if mine isdone to find it STILL SITTING ON THE COUNTER. It finally gets put in and I get my pizza 30+ minutes after ordering and 9 otherpizzas were made before mine. While the pizza was good (would have been better with the cheese) I will not ever be going back tothis location. Seems like there is lack of trained employees. Read more
Absolute worst experience. Waited for 10 minutes while staff fulfilled to-go orders. Then the manager walked up and completely... ignored us to help the people behind us in line. When we loudly told her multiple times that we had been skipped and not helped,she refused to look at us and ignored us, pretending not to hear. THE STORE MANAGER! No remorse and no real offers to make itright. Won?t be back. I wouldn?t waste my time or money there with managers that think service like that is acceptable,especially for mediocre pizza. Read more
The food tastes great! But I think $22/person is a bit much. A MOD pizza, a side salad, and a drink was $22. So a family of... four, eating at a quick eatery would cost a lot! For that price, I kind of expect someone to bring me, my food, and refill mydrinks. Read more
The staff is great, VERY customer service oriented. We got there one hour before close 11/19, and a lot of times retail folk... will start looking for you to leave when close to close time , but not them!! I didn't think the pizza was what I call a normalpizza, I thought it was more like an authentic pizza, by no means a cookie cutter pizza. It was hearty, and filling andwonderful. The ingredients were good, lots of choices.(I had them put a tiny bit of the chicken sausage in a corner and alsothe plant based sausage so i could taste them). The no name cake is very filling, even for a "cakeacontist" like me(I can usueat more than one piece of cake. :)--but not this one. The chocolate topping was to die for.)
