This place is disgusting. This place is very rude. I ordered a pizza last night. I had ordered pineapple and sausage and NO... CHEESE. There was cheese on it and there was olives on it. And the pizza was not even cut all the way through. I did delivery.They didn?t even ring the doorbell or knock or even call us to let us know that they dropped it off. I?m pretty sure it was outthere for like an hour or so because when I went downstairs to get it, the pizza was cold and hard. Read more
Only leaving a 1 star because I can't leave 0. I placed an order that was confirmed at 10:02 with an estimated delivery time of... 10:27. When the status hadn't changed at 10:40, I called the store and was assured that my order was leaving the store at thattime. When the status still hadn't changed and I still hadn't received my order at 10:55, I called the store once again. Thistime I was connected to Pizza Hut customer service who asked for my order details. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn'tknow why my order hadn't been delivered but the store was now closed and so I wouldn't be receiving my order. He did offer tocancel my order and refund my money but that it would take 3-5 business days before my funds would be returned. There wasutterly no concern expressed about the failure of the store to deliver the order or the fact that I had been assured the orderwas on its way when it obviously wasn't. Read more
The BBQ pizza and cheese breadsticks tasted wonderful, was hot when delivered and was exactly what we ordered. The delivery... driver set the pizza on the patio table as instructed for our contactless delivery and smiled (so nice to see someone smilewhile working) and waved to ensure we knew the pizza was there. This location has nailed every order as efficiently as possible for the past year-- no matter delivery or pick up. Today before... the AFC championship game, my order was lost at another restaurant but they were able to fulfill my $100 order in15 minutes..wonderful. Read more
I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni, bacon and Italian sausage ..there were maybe 10 pcs of pepperoni very little Italian... sausage and 0 bacon. We had 2 16 pcs of med boneless wings and about 10 of those wings were very small and they had little sauceon them. Typically I have no complaints when ordering form this hut.. but this time was not good and when I called the store Iwas put on a Ling hold so I was unable to speak to anyone as I did not wish to continue to hold. I will say the the delivery guywas super friendly and nice and ckd the order when he handed it to us making sure everything was there.. and the delivery wasspeedy and I even received it before the expected delivery time so that was a definite plus!! Always a quick delivery, however can?t stand the ?virtual assistant and out sourcing calls over seas. Takes way to long to... order your food. Plus it?s annoying. Read more
