Ordered pizza online via the app @ 4:24pm. Said it would be ready in 15min. Showed up @4:40 to pick it up. Literally waited 15... more minutes in the drive thru window before I honked and got someones attention to tell them I was still waiting on my pizzas Read more
For a Supreme Pizza it was seriously low on toppings. The pizza was bland (I was NOT offered cheese or seasoning packets). I... had not ordered a pizza in a long time. I will especially not every order again. For $30.00 I think I can find anothercompany. Read more
We stayed in tonight due to weather and had Pizza Hut delivered for the family. I have been burnt out on Pizz Hut for years but... am so glad we gave this location a try and it did not disappoint! Despite icy roads, our order was delivered quickly, the pizzawas hot like it just came out of the oven and was topped perfectly! Their customer service is excellent too! Read more
I ordered a deep pan pizza and received a hand tossed instead. Did not discover it til I got back home. Called the store... afterward and was told that they were out of deep pan at the time and was told that someone should have called me and told me.No one did. I paid extra for a deep pan and did not get it. Was told a credit was put on my account to make up for it. Read more
The quality of the pizza has gone down considerably. The thin crust we ordered was very dry and there was not very much sauce on... it. And not as much cheese as it usually has. We have disliked the quality of the last 3 orders we have gotten. We do not planon ordering from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Read the reviews and order with caution. The new location and updated facade have not improved the level of service at this... location. I placed an order online at 7:48, with an expectation of delivery between 45-60 minutes based on the website?s timer.At 9:00, I called the store number because still no pizza. I ended up talking with a representative in Pittsburg, KS. She wasnot helpful. in fact, I?d say she did more damage to the situation. She claimed that it was a new store and they are ?probablyslow because they?re learning a new system.? Hearing that, I asked to cancel the order and to process a refund. She claimed thatshe couldn?t do that, that I had to wait for the order. Which, the pizza finally arrived at 9:36. It was cold and stale (seeattached photo). The driver apologized and stated that ?they have us understaffed.? Lee?s Summit has many options for pizza.Save the hassle and use one of them instead (Domino?s is always on time ????) Read more
This Pizza Hut is very well managed. The employees are great and the food is delicious.
