Post Coffee Co is an adorable coffee shop that offers tasty brews and the best protein balls I have ever tasted! They serve hot... coffee beverages, cold brews, and teas. They even offer a selection of food options such as donuts, pastries, scones, cookies,breakfast burritos and lunch wraps. I highly recommend ordering their chocolate chip protein balls! Plenty of seating inside aswell as a patio section. The coffee shop is incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a perfect place to get somework done on your phone or laptop! Read more

This was my first visit. The staff is super friendly. I had one of their Fall seasonal drinks, the Salted Honey. It was... delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. I also had their peanut butter & chocolate donut, which was fresh and fullof flavor. Read more

I've been going to Post Coffee in Lee's Summit for years now. The employees always took the time to explain the science behind... the coffee drinks. Learning about the difference between a latte, cappuccino, macchiato, cortado, and espresso. I like thatthey took that time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If you like a strong, smoky coffee that's not sweet, getmy favorite item here, the Cortado. They have the best espresso I've ever had. So earthy with a caramel body and toastedbarley finish. My favorite seasonal drink is the Brown Sugar Latte with extra shot. If you order in, you'll enjoy theirbeautiful latte art!
