Service was absolutely horrible. I got the ultimate feast and everything was ice cold. I'm not talking about room temperature.... The temperature was almost refrigerator temperature. The drawn butter was cold and they never brought me any shell cracker. A 20minute wait to get in with only six tables with people. Three wait staff on duty should have easily been able to take care ofnine tables or 12. After being seated it took 40 2 minutes after asking for our drinks to receive our drinks. We arrived at 3:00 and the restaurant was just opening. Due to staffing they can't be open for lunch. It suited us because we... wanted a less crowded time. Our server Angelina was very good. Helpful, never hovering. The food was delicious. Biscuits betterthan ever! And how do they make broccoli and Brussels sprouts taste so good! Steak was cooked to perfection, salad crisp andfresh. New lobster baked potato topper was unique and tasty although a bit salty for my taste. A perfect late lunch. We'll bereturning soon! Read more

Long story short! I will never ever order food to go at this Red Lobster ever again. Food picked up, brought home (my mistake I... should have checked) and this is what I unpackaged. I’ve dined in at this location before and yeah I’ve noticed the crowdthinning out but this. A creamy lobster backed potato…uncooked, 4 bowls (not a cup) bowls of lobster bisque soup…why do Isee the bottom of my “bowl” I paid for a bowl but received smaller then a cup portion and these sad garlic-less biscuits,crumbled and greasy, ???? . We’ve received okay service from this location but I didn’t expect this. I tried reaching thecustomer service but have yet to have anyone follow up. Read more

Worst service ever. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a table in a restaurant that easily had 5 customers, we had no... silverware, didn't get our drinks until we reminded the waitress (who must have passed by at least 5-6 times with nonotice)...had to ask the food runner for silverware and then waited once again for another 20 minutes for our check. All thewhile our server hung out either at other customer's tables or in the back. My husband always leaves some amount of tip, but Iwouldn't allow it tonight. Disgraceful and disrepectful. We have a great time. Food was delicious and tasty. I love how they cooked the lobsters, seafood stuffed mushrooms, salmon and... their bread(forgot exact name but it has like Chardonnay something). Pam, did a great job dealing with her priority customersince no one acknowledged us when we arrived so we thought it is ok to occupy one of the many empty tables. I came in to pick up food for my mom and mentioned that it was for her birthday. Breeanna took my order and I just got the food... delivered to my mom to find these messages and an extra treat! I absolutely love it here!!! This is the best Red Lobster my husband and I have been to and we are so happy!!! The seating was... quick even though it was so cold in there. Our waiter was so nice and our food came out fast and hot!!!! The drinks weredelicious!!! I have no complaints and we will back be soon!!! Read more
