Often when I go to this location, I see teenagers lounging around the couch in the lobby area. They appear to be employees on... break; with their junior high, and high school age friends. Leesburg DD your drive thru I never go in because I am a very polite person, I feel like if I am ordering a lot food or a... sandwich that takes time to cook , I should just go inside, so no problem until numerous x you have a paper on door stating:inside closed due to short staff ! not enough employees. what's up with this continuing problem ? Managers : please figure outa solution already!! some incentives for people to want to work there and stay there, when I do get inside Always new faces.Friendly employees and they smile but the 2 young boys that took my order Friday 4th had me pay for bagel bites...then 6minutes later told me they did not have any. I'm an easy going person , but the bites are $4.59 the one boy say to me can I giveyou an Xtra tator tots to replace the bagel bites. I say yes but that is only $1.19 so give me Xtra donuts and we will call iteven. Please boys , check and know your prices before substituting an item. They need to hire employeees who actually know what they?re doing, or at least have someone, a manager or something, who does... because this is ridiculous. Putting my UNWRAPPED FOOD into a bag that was obviously picked up off the FLOOR. wrinkled to bits,stained and with HAIR sticking to it. This restaurant is usually great. I dont know what's going on here now but their drive through is non functional, the restaurant... itself is dirty, and they're out of most things. Their staff is unhelpful but it seemed like it's just one guy doingeverything, so that's probably part of the problem. Read more
I live close by and come to this Dunkin often. I have tried time and time again to give these people the benefit of the doubt... but it never fails they either give me the wrong drink, are out of something, or like today make my drink horribly. I ordered amedium iced caramel macchiato and I received one pump of caramel as the ticket said and most of the drink was nothing but cream.I originally wanted a pumpkin spice latte but they were out. The store was rather busy but the service was still great. We got a hot latte in butter pecan flavor and the drink was perfect.... Their chives and onion stuffed bagels were also perfect. The customer service was great as well. Read more
A lady walked out in the middle of an order and slowed everything down for the others. The other workers were doing their best... but only could do one drink at a time and we stood there for 15 minutes just for two drinks. They had to ask us what we got twoseperate times after we ordered. The workers should have some better machinery and people that arent selfish enough to walk outmid-order. They seemed uncoordinated. This location in Leesburg Florida is a complete joke!! Went inside, one employee is sitting down in the lobby playing on his... phone. Every table in the place is extremely dirty. Stood at the counter for 10 mins before someone came to take my order. Thatemployee then goes and joins the other employee sitting down playing on there phones. Another customer comes in and is lookingaround for an employee and is ignored. The whole store should be fired. Read more
