Ordered and paid online. Given a pick up time ,20 mins after ordering.when we got there was told there's a 40 min. wait. Two... employees working and one plans on leaving in an hour. no manager on site to speak to . This has been an ongoing issue. Food isalways good,but you really need to work on employee attitudes. Sadly the service has gone down. Went there today for lunch. Should have noticed that most everyone had no food at their... table. Several standing waiting for to go orders. Placed order and sat down. Gradually people began to get their food. After25 minutes Inquired about my order. Was told there was one ahead of me. Canceled my order and took my business to anotherrestaurant that wanted my business. And yes, one of the people standing waiting on their to go order was stillwaiting. Observations...only a few were working. One person, possibly a "manager" just roamed around while on her cellphone. One employee just sat behind the register nearly the entire time. Another up and leaves in the middle of this. It will be aLONG time before I spend my money at this business. I seriously doubt that is what the founders of the business expected forcustomer service. The people that work here are unpleasant and seems miserable and unagreeable.
