Ordered and paid online. Given a pick up time ,20 mins after ordering.when we got there was told there's a 40 min. wait. Two... employees working and one plans on leaving in an hour. no manager on site to speak to . This has been an ongoing issue. Food isalways good,but you really need to work on employee attitudes. Sadly the service has gone down. Went there today for lunch. Should have noticed that most everyone had no food at their... table. Several standing waiting for to go orders. Placed order and sat down. Gradually people began to get their food. After25 minutes Inquired about my order. Was told there was one ahead of me. Canceled my order and took my business to anotherrestaurant that wanted my business. And yes, one of the people standing waiting on their to go order was stillwaiting. Observations...only a few were working. One person, possibly a "manager" just roamed around while on her cellphone. One employee just sat behind the register nearly the entire time. Another up and leaves in the middle of this. It will be aLONG time before I spend my money at this business. I seriously doubt that is what the founders of the business expected forcustomer service. Typically this place is fantastic. Usually friendly staff who greet everyone when they enter. Food is always good. Unfortunately... today no greeting for anyone entering. Cashier was rude, and tried to overcharge for my hook and ladder salad by charging forthe meat that already comes with it. Even after pointing it out she actually was not only rude but got an attitude. Not Typicalservice for this store. Read more

Got to firehouse a little early, before opening time. Instead of turning us away, the manager (or owner, not sure) opened up... early and served us. On top of that, we were given a free drink (on duty EMS). Food was tasty and fresh, and facility was clean.Nice to see a fire department themed place take care of their own in emergency services. The people that work here are unpleasant and seems miserable and unagreeable. A couple minutes before closing I came in for a... quick bite for myself and my family.. until I heard a lady talking about she not making anymore sandwiches.. I thought she wastalking to me but she wasnt. Either way i didnt want a unpleasant person making my sandwich. With other customers there as well.So I WALKOUT!!! Read more
