Always Delicious Food! Had a New Employee at the Cashier Station (was his 2nd day of after school job). Got our order done... Perfectly and was ready in just 3 minutes! OUTSTANDING! The New Employee had Good Training and was Friendly and Courteous. Inside seating was clean and nice. Ingress and egress was easy right on Hwy 27. Let me say that employee Charles, the manager on duty and this KFC store team keep this place up nicely. The inside was clean,... food was fresh and service was good. This is a rarity at most fast food chains but this location is being well run. Read more
We stopped by for a special treat and had an awesome lunch. There was an employee named Rohan that was working and cleaning the... dining area. He was so helpful and polite at the soda fountain he deserves special mention. While we ate I watched him cleaningall the tables and chairs. He was very thorough and we felt pleased that everything was spotless! Kudos to him and the managerfor perfect training. Read more
The service was excellent.the young man that took our order went above and beyond to help us may good choice to accommodate what... we were looking for. However, and I've noticed this not only at this location, but as of late at all KFC locations, the qualityof the fried chicken is quite poor. It's just not as great as it use to be. My husband and I both agree on this fact, KFC use tobe something we really use to enjoy, and now you can get a better quality chicken at gas stations!! How can this be?? I don't ifthey have changed their recipe or what's going on, but we must not be the only ones that think this because we were the onlycustomers even this store had while we were there. Very upsetting. Waited almost 30 minutes and when we got home and opened it it was cold, greasy, and mushy. Hot and crispy was... out the window. I may never go there again. And if I do I will definitely open it there at the window. But for $25 I would liketo think I'm getting what I paid for. No stars from me. Read more
I paid for my food, never got my drink, was asked to go park where 5 or 6 other people were also waiting for their food, they... even had someone back up on the drive through (I'm guessing to make them seem more efficient due to counters not running). Thisis super annoying and shouldn't be happening. Read more
Honestly the Buffett was bad... Potatos, stuffing and the peach cobbler thing was all just old and crusty. Nothing else looked... good... Only thing that was good was the fresh chicken that you had to order and was not at the Buffett. The coleslaw was alsogood. The biscuits were doughy in the inside also not good. Service was pretty poor I went up to order more chicken waited 5minutes and no one came to help me... We sat at the booth and both tables between us were dirty the whole time we were there andit wasnt busy at all 5 tables of people including me and a kfc worker that was just on their phone the whole time. Will neverget the Buffett again but I will order chicken from the drive thru. Not worth going in. Read more
The only good thing is the food is hot... other wise Idiots work here... Literally... Repeated the order twice, and ended up... with the totally wrong order... Not one item was what we ordered!!
