Have never left a "fast food" review before but this McD's deserves one. Consistently the best one I've been to. Have been... going to this one for about 8 years but only once every couple months. Staff is always nice, food is always put together NEATand stacked, not sliding all over the place. Fries always full, hot and upright in the bag. Every time. Sometimes slow frombeing short staffed but you can't review based on that. Read more

The food was very good and fresh.. the service was adequate but the help was almost rude when ordering...the tables were all... dirty and had not been cleaned for the dinner diners.. but the food was very good. Read more

This location all of a sudden doesn't have an all-day breakfast menu? I can't tell you how many times I've gone up here and... gotten a crispy chicken McGriddle with cheese and bacon in the middle of the afternoon and never had a problem but all of asudden they don't have them and claim it's a breakfast only item. It's weird, their corporate website says that this locationhas all day breakfast so what the hell is this? Read more

My burger was okay. My nuggets tasted old somehow. The honey mustard sauce just tasted like vinegar. Like it?s old and they... didn?t check. What made it worse I was handed my drink that was obviously low on syrup and it was mostly seltzer water. This waswith no ice too. This particular location quality is getting lower and lower by the month. Read more

I normally don?t visit this one due to previous problems I had years ago but decided to give another try. Food was good BUT,... person at drive thru took my card and most times they swipe then hand right back. It took maybe 30-45 seconds to give me backthen when I looked at them they said I couldnt have a reciept cause their reciept machine was messed up and looked like I justcaight them in a lie. Thought nothing of it as I get notifications from my card issuer on charges anyways. Got my food andwent on my way. Next day I get notified someone tried to use my card to purchase over $100 but it was declined due to givingwrong security code. Now this card I used had been dormant for almost a year(paid off) and I thought Id better use it so itstayed active. So the ONLY chage I ever put on it was when I went to MC Ds. So imagine my surprise when next day I wasnotified that my card is being used to try to make charges online. I called My card holder and they saw what I was talking aboutand immediatly closed my card and reissuing a new one. This is clearly a case of someone taking my info on card(probably pic)and using to their advantage. NOT COOL. Will not ever go to any damn McDs again and will always be sure I have gift cards orcash at any restaurant. I work hard for what I have and just wish others would respect that as I do anyone else. Granted there was a storm, no one had the common courtesy to express that there was a power surge. I waited several minutes for... my card to be ran while at least five employees gathered at the first window. When I finally reached the second window, anemployee handed me my sundae. After that exchange, I waited and waited for the rest of my order. I told the employee thank youfor the wait. Instead of apologizing, she told me, "LOSE THE ATTITUDE, WE HAD A POWER SURGE". SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Things couldquickly escalated. Yes I told her that she didn't tell me what to do. Apparently quite a few employees at this McDonald's needto be retrained. Fortunately for me, I rarely dine at McDonald's. After Saturday's experience, it reinforces my stance onMcDonald's. Read more

I work full time and watch my grandkids after school and weekends; needless to say, we eat out more than we should. Kids love... Happy Meals, so McDonald's is always their choice. There has been several times my order is wrong, so finally I was frustratedand started to call the store. Each time they offered to replace on next time through. I have been given a couple differentmanager's names, that I was told to give when ordering and they would fix it. The ONE and ONLY time I asked for manager tocollect on the 2 quarter cheeseburgers that were RAW in the middle, in which I showed pictures of, asked me for the receipt. When I originally called and complained about raw burgers, he explained the grill was not warming correctly and to order "welldone" next time, but did not mention keeping the receipt. This is ONE of several issues we have had. I usually check my orderbefore leaving window, but I have not made a habit of taking a bite to see if raw before I pull away. They do not make it rightwith you, just make up excuses. They have some wonderful people working there, alot of new faces who are just learning theirpositions. But the evening management needs major improvement! Read more
