Typical diner with lots of memorabilia of Elvis, Marilyn, etc... they even had a performer singing country music. The food... however was nothing to write home about, probably the worst steak-um cheese steak I ever had, wife had cheeseburger that wasclearly not handmade, same with the onion rings, probably all shipped in SYSCO products. They do have nightly specials, Tuesdayis Stuffed Peppers which I suspect are probably hand made. All-in-all it was OK. Read more
Good food and friendly staff. I had the jumbo fried shrimp wrap with FF. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that was... there. He was very helpful to his staff, sitting new customers coming in. Seemed like a great guy to work for. Read more
Live in the Leesburg area. If I go to HP servers are nice but don't think you're going anywhere for hours. You need to be... retired with nothing to do for the day to dine here. Wolfy's servers take your order drop food and check and you never see themagain. And expect to be tipped. As a server just give me basic server standards and I'm cool. Make sure the food is ok. 2 bites2 minutes. So I googled a breakfast place and this was the next closes. Giving it a try. Greeted sat and order taken timelyserver was very inventive personable and reached all basic server standards and then more. Where do I begin.... First time customer. First Impression...Very Dirty... This place could be a Gem. 50's themed diner... with Elvis, Monroe, etc... Pics on the walls with vynyl 45's hanging from the ceiling. Old school fountain bar was not beingutilized and owner/mgr sat there while his bus guy vaped at the front entrance of establishment. I was rushed to our tablewhile I waited for my wife who had to use the bathroom facilities. When being sat bus guy didn't bother moving his cart so I hadto walk around two tables to get around to the one I was sat at. I had ordered a drink prior to my wife arriving at table andshe didn't want to stay after telling me about the filth. I also used bathroom that had no ac and was hot and humid. Luckilythey did have hand soap. Since it was fairly busy on a Friday and the place was filled with seniors probably do the the 50percent off second meal promo they always advertise in the paper, we decided to give it a try. Dust was noticeable from theceiling beams &records,and the walls were worn with missing paint and old tacks were never removed from the walls. On thepositive note our server had a smile and was friendly. She was tipped well for her part. We both ordered the Cheese Philly withfries. We both liked the taste of the beef and cheese which also had tomatoes and lettuce in the sandwich. The aprox. 3oz offries tasted fine but needed a little perking up. Portion size was fair but didnt fill me up so I was still hungry when we leftthe establishment. I did speak to a couple of patrons who visit on a regular basis and they enjoy the peel n eat shrimp and tellme the people tend to like the all you can eat cat fish on Fridays. They did state that the bathrooms and appearance is lacking.This review is based on taste of food, service, & cleanliness. I ordered the combo dinner which consisted of the 12 oz sirloin and six baked shrimp. The steak was good but it could have been... a little hotter when I received it. The shrimp, the green beans, and broccoli was much better. I called and placed a order over the phone for some seafood for my grand kids and they was so please and said it was delicious.... Awesome and the waitress even brought it out to my car. They are some very nice people. I love their regular menu as well. Read more
