My family and I went for lunch and waited maybe 5 minutes for the table to be ready, which is the quickest time we have seen.... The waitress came right over and took our orders. Not sure why the last two times we have sat in the right passed the bar in booth and have received terrible service. Took... waitress 15 minutes before even treating us. Had to ask her to bring our drinks as the salad and breadsticks came out first.Everyone else with different waitress in our area were service way before us and they arrived after. My wife and I have been going here for a long time Olive garden over 30 years. This was the first time we were very... disappointed, the chicken Margarita was completely different they had some green pesto sauce little cherry tomatoes not verytasty.. Chicken margarita usually comes with fresh mozzarella and fresh sliced red tomatoes fresh basil this was completelydifferent it wasn't very good. We weren’t too happy to start, waited for service and ended up being requested to move. We got moved to a table and we were... waited on by the sweetest young lady, Sierra. She was absolutely amazing; fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Shedefinitely made our experience, any issues were outshined by her. Brandon provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and it came out promptly. Everything was tasty. The only... recommendation is that they be more attentive to detail. I went to the olive garden in leesburg, and at first when I got there no one would even acknowledge that I was there. I stayed... relaxed. After a few moments a lady asked if I was being helped and I responded no, not yet. I still waited patiently after that2 more people asked the same question but I still had to wait. I was finally helped and I ordered a soup tuscana sorry for thespelling. I took it home to my wife who was sick and when she opened it there was hardly any soup. It was filled with alot ofthe leaves that it looked more like a salad see pictures. I was so upset that I did not even want to go back to the location andtell them about it. That location is about 9.5 miles from my house, so I decided to to a different location about 20 milesexplained the situation and they were very considerate, kind, and understanding. I used to visit the 2nd location quite oftenbut we then moved to leesburg and this location does not even compare to the location 20 miles from my house. That is the lasttime I visit the leesburg olive garden location in leesburg I believe on route 441. Very bad service. The food was good overall. We like that you can tell the kids pizzas aren't the pre-made ones bought in bulk, pulled out of a... freezer and thrown in the oven. The stuffed shells were filling and delicious. Overall a good meal. For some reason thebreadsticks were super salty this go around, but not the end of the world. We enjoy Olive Garden as a whole. Store number 1171 Leesburg FL. Went in for dinner. We were greeted immediately. The food was great. No wait to be seated. Great... atmosphere. They were playing some smooth jazz. Our server Karmani was friendly, and answered our questions. She made sureeverything was to our liking. Overall great experience.
