The wait was way too long - 25 minutes. They served drive-thru before customers inside. They need more balance. When we got home... with our order we found that even though we ordered our 10pc combo SPICY, we received MILD. We got no breasts- just thighs, legsand wings. Our receipt shows Classic. Maybe we received someone else's order. The chicken and red beans and rice were tasty. Toobad it wasn't spicy. Really Really good food, only thing to really complain about is it seemed a little messy inside it it needed to be tidied up... alittle more. The girls upfront seemed more interested in standing together instead of one being on cash register in the otherone going around cleaning the place up in restocking napkins in wiping the table in counters down. I didn't see anyone go aroundin wipe anything down are restock anything out front while we sat in eat. Read more

The absolute slowest service I have ever seen. I was waiting in the drive through for almost 15 minutes (only 3 cars back) and... finally pulled up to the speaker to wait another 5 minutes with zero response. I drove off and went to DQ next door. Places myorder and got my food before the guy behind me even pulled off the speaker at Popeyes. Read more
I eat here whenever I am in Leesburg, they are the best Popeyes in this county, because of that be prepared to wait at peak... hours but it is so worth it ! And now they offer delivery! Read more

Today was my first experience at this location. Went through the drive thru, it was super quick & everyone I encountered was... polite. Ordered the spicy chicken combo, both the sandwich and fries were HOT and fresh! Would definitely recommend stopping atthis location. Read more
