This waffle house use to provide great customer service but now it's terrible! If you try to call in an order or go in for a... takeout their whole demeanor change for the worst. I just called in and the waitress put me on hold and never came back to thephone. I had my husband to call and it went to voice-mail. If you are not eating in they do not want to deal with you andthis behavior is condone by the manager. I'm a regular customer and have being going to this Waffle house since it opened andnever delt with this type of behavior until recently. Read more
Just stopped in to get a bite to eat for breakfast and I had Racheal as my waitress. Shes friendly, and made sure I got my food... fast. It was so delicious and a great way to start my day. Read more
We just wanted to go enjoy a quick meal but when we arrived we parked out front and the two employees and their 2buddies just... stared at us and it was so uncomfortable that we backed out and left. Really not good for your business. You shouldn't have youbuddies hanging out and staring down your potential paycheck. Read more
Seated and waiting for waitress, she was stuck at the register. We asked another waitress if we could get drinks or order, and... she yelled at the other waitress who then yelled at us?so we left. I prefer to NOT eat at a restaurant where the waitress yellsat us. Sad thing is we eat there often, but NOT any longer. Had a great breakfast down the street at Old Time Diner. Read more

For anyone who has late night hunger like I do, I highly recommend this waffle. The food is incredible and ALWAYS COOKED WITH... LOVE!! ????I have been eating here for the last 3 years and I currently reside in Mount Dora in I don?t mind making this drive.I ate there this morning around 1:15 and my food was every bit of a 5 Star breakfast. My hat goes off to the two young ladieswho worked this morning. Monica and Julia the best two workers there is on night shift. And Monica cooks like she?s cooking forthe President. our waitress was very courteous here the bathrooms were surprisingly clean for Waffle House the food came out on time as usual... although it didn't taste the greatest at this Waffle House we still enjoyed our day and our meal at this Waffle House Read more
My husband paid $16.00 dollars for a grits bowl with sausage and bacon. That is double what I've paid at any other Waffle House... I've visited. The chick whom took the order upon walking she was talking to a guy that didn't work there, was mad because shehad to stop her conversation. The conversation wasn't a work related because it continued after my husband placed his order. Thechicks attitude is not one for the public. My husband as well as another guest who said he's a regular also paid $16.00 for thesame meal. Read more
